You will be literally seconds to Manly Lifesaving Club where the daily swim from Manly to Shelly Beach and back starts. It is also the safest place to swim at Manly Beach between the flags! For your morning coffee ( or breakfast, lunch and dinner) head to Manly Wine which is around the corner. If you walk straight up Ashburner Street you'll find yourself at the harbour with its crystal clear calm waters and iconic Manly Wharf. The property itself has a large balcony, quiet street, ocean outlook and off street parking. Home Truths • Please note the AC is only in the master bedroom and lounge room not in the second and third bedroom. Pedestal fans are provided in other bedrooms. • Ashburner Street is a one way street. • Amazing location but kitchen is a bit tired. • The apartment shares a common stairwell and internal garage access with the other apartment. • Comfortable interior which is why we have given the property 3.5-4 star rating.  Its a solid property but not a super luxury 5 star plus experience Other Important Information: This is a family friendly property appropriate for clientele who are respectful and courteous. We had a great time at the property. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, etc. 10 min. walk to the Manly ferry. Great location. Layout worked well for a family of 5, the covered porch (we had the 1st floor unit) was great in all types of weather. Garage parking was great based on how busy the area is and the extra parking spot was ideal for visitors.
