We live in the very walkable neighborhood of Chatham Arch, one of Indy's premium historic neighborhoods. The carriage house is directly across the street from the new Bottleworks development and a 3 minute walk to Mass Ave. You are very close to great restaurants, nightlife and all that downtown Indy has to offer while still being nestled in a quiet urban neighborhood. We had a wonderful time! The carriage house was very comfortable and cozy. We were close to everything we wanted to do and see. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to messages. Great place to stay.

This property was in a perfect place for us for the weekend. Walking distance to Mass Ave, plenty of bars and restaurants. Close to downtown and easy tonget tonoff the highway. Check in was simple and host was easy to deal with. Would stay again for sure

We were in town for the National FFA Convention. My son was was receiving his FFA American Degree, so we needed housing for multiple generations, including my elderly mother, my husband and I, and our adult children. This home was absolutely perfect! We all had our unique spaces, with penalty of room for family bonding. The amenities were perfect, and the location was easy to access all downtown activities. We have stayed in lots of rentals over the years in lots of do cities, but this one was truly one of our favorites. They had thought of everything to make this a home away from home!

The property was clean and cozy. It was also very close to food options. The property manager was even nice enough to let us check in early. Thank you

Overall, all was good. The runners on the stairs leading from the garage to the unit were not tacked/glued down though and actually created a hazard.

Great stay! Exactly as advertised. Easy communication, and the unit had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect for the family! We have a toddler & baby and they had everything we needed for them. I always appreciate the supplies, like ziplock bags, detergent, spices, shampoos, etc.... its always the little things. Communication with owner was quick & easy. Best part is the location... we felt very safe & we walked to eat for every meal.. less than 5 min to over 15 restaurants. We come out here every year & will definitely stay again next year! No complaints :)
