El restaurante de la planta baja mal servicio, pizza desastrosa y caro. Una de las noches no pudimos cenar porque no había mesa disponible en el restaurante. Luego quisimos tomar una copa en el bar de la sexta planta y tampoco pudimos porque había una boda. La verdad decepcionante por ser un hotel de esa categoría. Era nuestro aniversario de boda y no pudimos ni cenar ni tomar una copa.

Modern and clean hotel with great hot and cold breakfast included in price. Hotel was in a fab location and we walk within walking or cycling distance of most of the sites and attractions within central Copenhagen. Loved the eco concept and the would deffo stay again.

Room wasn’t cleaned very well, removed bathroom plugs as water wasn’t draining and they were clogged with hair. Triple room was a bit snug and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable

Gute Lage des Hotels. Im Familienzimmer war auch ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Man muss Zeitfenster angeben für Morgenessen, aber das Hotel verzichtet auf eine Platzanweisung - alles sehr chaotisch beim Morgenessen. Zudem wird so auch nicht kontrolliert, wer Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hat. Dies trübt den Gesamteindruck des Hotels gewaltig. Zudem muss man für Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks nach dem auschecken noch separate Gebühren bezahlen.

Обирав по відгуках про сніданок, та через розташування. Сніданки супер, вибір великий, було все що треба аби насолодитись зранку їжею. Розташування зручне, не користувались транспортом, завжди гуляли пішки по центру міста та ходили через мости. Номера невеликі, зручні. Вода дуже тепла у ванній кімнаті. Що додатковий +. Багато ліфтів що є велика перевага, бо не треба чекати.

Не було маленьких наборів у ванній по типу (зубна паста, спонж і тд). Не було чайника в номері. Тому навіть за звичайний чай треба платити гроші. Не вистачило рушника одного дня ніг у ванній кімнаті. Камера схову платна та лише по 4 години. Тобто якщо треба за 5 годин - платити треба за 8.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut und die Qualität war perfekt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich eine Empfehlung! Ein MUSS wenn man dort übernachtet! Die Lage war auch sehr gut, zu Fuß sehr viel erreichbar!

Top Hotel im bester Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bus 5c vom Flughafen direkt fährt bis hinter dem Hotel.

Fahrrad Verleih war etwas zu teuer. Wellness Bereich kostet extra

Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, wo wirklich jeder Wunsch erfüllt wird. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, für Touristen ideal.

Die Aussicht im ersten Stock auf den "Hinterhof" war nicht so super.

Rent och snyggt. Utcheckningen gick mkt snabbt. Frukosten var super, men lite stökigt att hitta det man ville ha.

För det priset borde det finnas ett skohorn i rummet. Personalen vid incheckningsdisken var lite väl formella och stela. Lite ledighet med ett levande samtal vore trevligare.

Coole Rooftop Bar Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Lüftung nur über Klima-/Lüftungsanlage möglich - Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Bedienung der Beleuchtung über verschiedenste Schalter / Dimmer ohne klare Zuordnung - verwirrend. Steuerung Klima / Heizung sehr träge Standard-Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und Kind zu klein.

Det var pænt og lækkert, god morgenmad og lækre faciliteter.

Sengen var en anelse hård men i det store hele sov jeg godt.

Room lighting was difficult to figure out- chart on hotel website was helpful but it shouldn’t be so difficult to flip a light switch. Hotel wifi was slow too.

Very comfortable beds. Complete breakfast.

Very expensive (€9,60 for a beer at the bar, €35 for parking less than 18 hours). Very massive with little customer attention by the staff. Stains in our bed, sink in the bathroom clogged and empty soap dispensers.

On the surface this hotel offers all you need for a stay in Copenhagen. The room was clean, the surrounding nice, short distances to city centre and main station.

The room felt like a freezer everytime you enter it. The air condition could not be shut off. The staff at the reception was sometimes very unfriendly: hiding behind the monitor when they talk to you, no clarification on questions we had, an example is when we asked for bike rental the simple answer was „we have no bikes today“. Not what you expect in the hygge capital. The city itself is great and we really enjoyed our stay, but next time we would definitely choose another hotel.

The hotel has a modern scandinavian design. Room was modern and clean, breakfast was good. Location was good not perfect.

There was no kettle, water bottle or fridge in the room. It was a bit on the pricey side. (~300 €/ per night) There was a paid place in the parking for storing your luggage (11 Euros for storing a carry on and there was not enough XXL locker left for bigger luggage)

Breakfast. Lovely soft boiled eggs and fresh options like watermelon and raw vegetables in jars with water. Nice cheese, yoghurt and so on. Wonderful staff. Reception staff were exceptional. I work in travel and tourism so I know. A lovely cleaner said hello to us and smiled as we walked along our room corridor. Restaurant - the salad with dinner was very nice. Lovely decor generally at the hotel. Very nice textures. Concrete ceilings looked good. etc.

Our triple family room was very tight for space. We could barely walk around the beds. The room lighting buttons were very hard to use. The shower wets the whole bathroom floor and there is no indication that when you turn the hand held shower off the upper shower may come on and wet you with cold water if you turn it too far. I got a bit of a shock and then my daughter did exactly the same. Our room 2238 was hard to find and really far from the elevators. I was disappointed that there was an iron and ironing board but no kettle for hot water in the room. Travelling a lot, I have come to expect a kettle in even low budget hotel rooms. I like being able to open windows and wasn't sure how to regulate the air in the room. We were absolutely ripped off at dinner. It is hard to understand the value of the Danish Kroner. I ordered two children's menus and the ribs for me with tap water only to drink. Basic meal. And now that I am home I see on my bank statement that I was charged over £93! I would NEVER have eaten at the hotel restaurant if I had understood how much we were being overcharged for such a basic meal.

Location is good. New clean beautiful building. Good breakfast.

Don’t have bath math. Don’t have slippers.

Rooms were very comfortable and lovely decor. Spa and wellness centre was fabulous. Great breakfast. Good location.
