The property is on 2 acres with lots of room for yard activities and walking around in nature, especially if you decide to check out the Paul Bunyan trail which crosses the Breezy Hills property. Take a swim in the lake or enjoy the beauty of nature from the dock or shoreline. From the shoreline out for a long ways the lake depth is around 3-4 feet deep so it's great for swimming and relaxing in. Enjoy meals on the private deck or down on the shared deck closer to the lake. Also available is free boat docking for your boat. Guest Access: Free garage parking if you'd like! Walk, bike or snowmobile on the famous Paul Bunyan State Trail which you have private access to at the beginning of the driveway. This beautiful historic trail is the longest state trail in MN and connects with the Heartland State Trail, Blue Ox Trail, and Lake Bemidji State Park.
