Looked exactly like pictures, really clean and cozy, amazing location (<5 min walk to bars, restaurants, hotel earl), reserved parking! ridiculously easy check-in/out.

The condo was clean and very convenient. It’s small but the right size for a short stay and two people.
I suggest that that a bar of soap for the shower was be helpful. The hand soap was watered down which was not good. Otherwise the place was very good.
Did not have any communications with condo manager. It wasn’t needed.

At first we loved the condo. As we drove in we noticed it’s walking distance to Lake Michigan and to the downtown area so no need to pay for parking. When we walked into the condo it was very clean.
After driving all day we wanted to take a shower and that’s when we discovered there was no hot water. We informed the host as soon as we discovered it and they were responsive but we didn’t have hot water for our whole stay. We were compensated for some of our stay and offered to move to a new condo late into our last night there. We understand that things happen but we will most likely not be staying here again not because it’s not a nice condo but because the situation could’ve been handled better especially since our stay was so short. We hope upcoming guests have a nice stay and hot water!

Beautiful new condo a few steps from Lake Michigan and the bridge in downtown Charlevoix. We could walk everywhere - including the grocery store - and enjoyed our stay very much. East check-in, great hosts. Even accommodated a last minute change in our itinerary (above and beyond expectations).

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location to walk to restaurants and explore Charlevoix. Explored nearby cities during day trips (Bay Harbor, Petosky, Traverse City, Torch Lake). The townhouse was very clean, had everything we needed including hairdryer and steamer which weren't in the listing! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was the perfect place to stay for my friends wedding. It was quiet and updated and clean. You’re a block away from downtown Charlevoix and a block away from the beach. Communication with the owner was prompt and the best part was the wall AC unit in the bedroom that allows you to get it nice and cold at night.

We were signed out of VRBO and couldn’t sign back in so could not contact the owner for a slight issue, but the condo itself was cute, clean, and well furnished. Great location.

From the moment we walked into the property, my wife and I knew that we were in for a relaxing weekend. Everything was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to make their guests as comfortable as possible. Will definitely revisit this property again.

Sarah is really good to work with! Had a little trouble with the key box and she answered immediately!. Unit is clean and very well stocked compared to others we have stayed it. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. Nice quiet location.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Although very nice and clean it’s a little tight for 4. Living tight with the couch pulled out and needing to move all the furniture to do so.. however it overall worked out perfect for our needs. Owner very responsive and friendly.

Very clean and cute apartment. The kids, my husband and I really enjoyed the apartment and location. Walked to the beach everyday and local restaurants.

The condo was very nicely decorated, with ample closet space. The kitchen was great and open to the living room. The many windows let in light and breeze. All of downtown Charlevoix is easy to walk to. Parking next to the condo was very convenient. The channel and bridge were close by. My daughter and I both liked it and will return next summer.

Overall, we had a great stay in this condo. The pros of the property were that it was new and very clean. The location was absolutely perfect: within walking distance of both Downtown Charlevoix, the marina, and the Lake Michigan beach.
The cons were that it was a bit small for our family of 4 (would be better for just a couple). Also, the AC unit is only in the bedroom and the air does not really circulate through the rest of the condo, so it gets pretty warm in the living area.

Finding property was difficult as the new street address is not yet available via GPS. We had trouble with lockbox but finally got it to open. Would be nice to have direct contact with owner of property. Overall the property was very clean and ideal location. A few items need fixing as bathroom fan would not shut off and the air conditioning leaves a little to be desired. It is new place and still has window stickers so in time this will be all taken care of. King size bed would be excellent addition.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! The towels, bedding, dishes, etc were all exceptional quality. VERY, VERY clean unit! Everything else was as described and represented. Location was very convenient for all Charlevoix has to offer and walkable to downtown.
A couple things to note: there is only air conditioning in the bedroom and it doesn't disperse to the rest of the unit. The sitting area/kitchen area was hot, even with a fan provided and windows open. Our kids slept on the pull out couch comfortably, but with the bed open there isn't much room to move about.
Best for a family vs. 2 couples.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was brand new, clean, great location in the heart of Charlevoix. The bed was comfortable which is a huge plus!
