Bring the whole family to the Coconut Cabana with lots of room (2,300 square feet) for lots of fun! Six bedrooms (sleeping up to 16), 4 full bathrooms, with an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. Stocked kitchen and two huge covered decks. This community has the biggest pool in Ocean Isle Beach. The outside storage closet has plenty of room to stash extra beach gear. This unit has views of the pool and is just steps away to the beach! Enjoy the numerous amenities of this prestigious West End Condominium complex. Our Windjammer II unit DD is one of only eight units in this attractive two-level building and only one of four that overlooks a large swimming pool and deck area. Coconut Cabana has two large covered decks that are sunny in the morning and have wonderful afternoon shade - a perfect place for dining and watching the family enjoy the pool. Two overhead remote control fans with lights are attached to each level of decks for those times when you need an extra breeze. Spacious, sunning and eating areas surround the pool area. This unit is not ocean front, your private walkway to the beach is only a few steps away! One of the newest condos on Ocean Isle Beach is Windjammer II and added to all of the upgrades that we have completed including entire new flooring in 2021, your beach experience will be one of casual luxury! The kitchen is large and open with a breakfast bar. Completely stocked for all of your needs - utensils, small appliances including a keurig & drip coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space. We provide a high chair for the little ones. The living room area in this condo is very spacious - larger than most of the beach houses! Access to the large first level porch is either through the living room or the dining room and there is plenty of space and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing. We have provided numerous games and a large 'library' for your reading pleasure. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: COCONUT CABANA IS ON STILTS; THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ACCESS THE MAIN LEVEL - NO ELEVATOR. The master and second bedrooms are on the main level. All six bedrooms are spacious with nice sized closets. The bedding is: 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 QUEENS, 2 QUEENS. There is even enough space for a crib set up in many of the bedrooms. The second floor level has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two of the four bedrooms on the second level have a large porch which overlooks the pool and sundeck area. Enjoy relaxing in one of many swivel rocking beach chairs. Three of the 4 bathrooms in this condo have stall showers. The master bedroom on first floor has a bathtub. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason. *Please note this condo is built on stilts and you have to walk stairs to access the main floor (there is no elevator)* In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $240 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. Ocean Isle is a great location. Super beach , close to all major attractions including those right there. The Wind Jammer (Coconut Cabana) is an excellent unit for a large family. We had twelve and were not crowded. It is not right on the beach but is less than a five minute walk. It is not right on the main drag, so you do not have a lot of street noise. Pool is virtually right off the balcony. Family oriented, a great place to bring yours. It was our second time and won't be our last.

We have spent 16 summers at Windjammer. This unit is a favorite. We had not been since before COVID and found that increased attention to the pool created a much more friendly atmosphere compared to years past.

Check in was simple. Laundry area needs a good cleaning, other than that, no issues with cleanliness. Access to beach and pool was fast. Great to hold our family and enjoy the beach. We discussed staying again next year, just have to wait to see what date our vacation days line up.

Clean close to the beach and adequate for a large family. Plenty of parking for all. Clean family pool. Trash receptacles close by. We are expert Windjammer resort participants. Stayed at at least 8 different units over the years, some multiple times. Always sets the standard for OIB.

Beautiful condo and easy access to beach was so handy if you wanted to walk back up for drinks or bathroom Loved having linens and sheets there for use and downstairs closet was full of chairs and sand toys enjoyed outside decks as well

We had a great stay! There was a problem where the pool was unavailable, but they worked to make it right. Also, the bedroom layout had been changed from the VRBO information causing us to be down 1 queen bed, but it worked out. The house, deck, and beach were all great! Would definitely stay here again, but would be aware of no guarantee for the pool. It was out of there control, and we appreciated their help.

Everything was as advertised. The rooms were clean, location was excellent. However there a couple of issues we found; one of the TVs, downstairs didn’t work and appeared not to be connected to the internet. The other issue was the hardness of mattresses on most of the beds. After the first night a few people (me included) were complaining about how hard the mattresses were. They were likened to sleeping on the floor.

The condo was in a great location, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was they missed cleaning the master bathroom, the toilet rim underneath was splattered and dirty. But everything else in good shape and clean.

It is a great place, very accommodating for a group of 12. The only complaint when we took the sheets off as instructed our mattress cover was repulsive. None of the other bed covers was that way. Suggest replacing that cover. Will not keep my family from coming back!

It was spacious and clean. However, when we called and spoke to the rental group they stated the pool was open. When we got there and started swimming someone claiming to be a “part owner” told us it was closed to be inspected before being opened for the season and needed to get out. A few others staying in the surrounding condos heard and they were upset because they were told it was open as well. Other than that the actual host was very quick with replies when we had some issues and got certain things figured out for us. Would probably stay again.
