This applies to both drugs and internet activity. * If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. * Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :) * No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs. * No fireworks * There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only * Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

This was a great find, and made life in North Conway very easy with a 2 year old! We were a 2 minute walk from town with all the shops, the train station, ice cream, and the huge playground for kids. The car sat most of the time, unless we were hiking Diana's baths or Cranmore Mountain. Self check in, place was clean, fire pit was ready to go, and had plenty of parking. Would certainly recommend, and will not hesitate to stay again!

Despite five days of rain, we enjoyed our time in N.Conway. We were there to visit Story Land. A bonus was that we could walk to town. We loved the house and especially the washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful location and clean property. We were four adults and this was very comfortable for us. Had the parking for our 2 cars. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Nice backyard for our pup. Loved that we could walk to Zeb's and other stores we like to shop at. Would recommend and stay again.

Property was clean, had everything we needed, and a perfect location. Walking distance to the shops and an easy drive to other locations (ski mountains, hiking at Diana's Bath, Echo Lake). A big plus was that it is pet friendly.

We had a very nice stay for our long weekend visit to Santa's Village. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Thanks for a nice stay!

This house was outstanding and perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Impeccably clean, great little yard and walking distance to village. Beds were super comfortable, bedding luxurious. 5+ stars all around. Will definitely rent this one again. Have to say it again... it was spotless!!!

House is perfectly located for downtown North Conway - near restaurants (Vito's, Delaneys, etc) and shops. AC's in every room helped to keep the home cool during the summer and nice yard for the kids to play in.

There’s a huge yard that the pups adored. It’s spotless, there are comfy blankets and beds. My only concern was the only bathroom is upstairs and I waiting on back surgery, but once that’s completed we’d love to come back! Very responsive to texts and emails.

My daughter and I made our first trip to New England (from Texas) together to see fall foliage. This property was conveniently located to the Kancamagus Highway the perfect route for seeing the local foliage and local restaurants and other local attractions. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. It was the perfect getaway. The description of the property was very accurate. The home was very comfortable and spacious. A great place to make memories.

Great stay. Very clean, had everything we needed in kitchen and throughout the house. Only suggestion is to replace air conditioner in back bedroom as didn’t really cool off room.

We are three adult family members and our dog . This older home was found in sparkling clean condition! We did not fully realize how close we were to all of the downtown activities. We were also a short drive from the outlets, plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, and best of all, superb hiking and White Mountain forest activities! We took full advantage of the local amenities and especially enjoyed coffee at the Metropolitan, and hiking in the White Mountains! We would definitely stay here again.
