This is a great location and is a cozy, well stocked home. The home had everything we needed. The front porch and back deck are perfect spots to have coffee and enjoy the beautiful setting. We hope to stay again when in town.

This past weekend we had the privilege to stay at the cottage. Our boys had a baseball tournament in Evans at Patriots Park. This home was absolutely perfect for the long weekend. It felt secluded and had great privacy but was close to town! The kids and adults loved the home and its character. The kids fished their hearts out and us adults loved watching from the balcony. All fish were returned to live another day. The cottage has everything you need. Will stay there again in the future.

Very convenient to Masters, groceries, and restaurants. Much more comfortable than staying in an overpriced hotel. Savanna is very pleasant and helpful.

We so enjoyed our stay at this cozy, nicely decorated cottage by a pond. It felt remote and relaxing even though it was in the city limits of Evans. The host was really great to work with and very hospitable. We really hope to rent this cottage again.

This was the perfect getaway for us--two couples who are in their very senior years. We try to meet up at least once a year in a location midway between our homes which are located in SC and GA. This was a lovely place, quiet, yet convenient to any amenities we might have needed (but it was equipped well enough that we didn't need anything else). As technology-challenged seniors still using flip phones, we did have a bit of trouble with the "Smart" tv , but that was on us--not the hostess. Great place. We'd recommend it for those just looking for quiet relaxation in a lovely, convenient setting.

We had a great stay! In addition to a cozy home, the owner helped us out and fulfilled a special request once we arrived, which helped us all feel more comfortable and enjoy our stay. We would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for me and my 2 sons to spend some time together. It was very peaceful and we had a great time fishing in the 2 acre pond. We caught 2 small bass and plenty of blue gill. If we are ever in the area again I will look for availability.

Great Location!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is so comfortable and clean. My son even caught a bass in the pond out back. Best of all, it is under eight minutes from my in-laws home. When I think of how many times we have stayed in hotel rooms 20 minutes away in Augusta over the years…..We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!
