IN ADDITION TO REGULAR CLEANING, we also do the following: - All surfaces, door knobs, handles, keypads, furniture, and other commonly touched areas are wiped down with disinfectant. - The entire house is mopped thoroughly with disinfectant. Say hello to your home away from home. This cottage provides an ultra clean comfort experience with many modern amenities. Three smart TV's, blazing fast wi-fi (175mbs !!!), state of the art work station with 4K monitor. Whether it's napping in the backyard hammock (very quiet neighbors), preparing a meal in the nautical themed kitchen, or sleeping in beds that our guests often claim as one of the best nights sleep ever, you'll always want to stay another night! We're big tech heads and the house shows it. With wi-fi download speeds up to 175MBS (100MBS faster than usual!) everyone multiple streaming is never a problem. We also have an amazon echo dot in every major room which provides you your own virtual assistant in every room that lets you play any song that you want to hear just by saying "Alexa, play song by artist". With Alexa, you can also provide weather reports, traffic reports, and much more. We also have 4k resolution monitors in both living room and master bedroom complete with surround sound.

Had one of the most comfortable stays ever, at this sweet house. Wonderful beds, fluffy and numerous towels, incredibly well-stocked kitchen all made this stay such a pleasure. Ryan was one of the best hosts we’ve interacted with in the 2 decades we’ve been using this app. Lots of living room furniture to stretch out on, and a kitchen with just about everything you’d need to eat in. Loved being near a shopping area but tucked away from traffic. Can’t wait to come back.

When we arrived the location was not in the proximity of the course as was represented and the neighborhood the neighborhood was not what was expected. We had to find a hotel at the last minute and it cost us three times as much. Thankful I purchased Insurance.

A very well taken care of property. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Location was great for the Masters golf tournament. Media was great so we could watch the tournament. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice back yard which was great for hanging out and winding down after a long day of walking hills.

Great house. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Huge high spec tv, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. We were there for the Masters and it’s a great location. Short drive to the free public parking at the course. Everything you could need is nearby: shopping and restaurants. Will book again for next year. Thank you

Ryan was great. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me immediately. This "smart house" is a high-tech wonder with 1 GB internet speed. My wife and I were looking for a place to work remotely in the warmth of Georgia and this house was great. The only issue (that was beyond Ryan's control) was the dog next door was left outside on the weekends and barked throughout the day. The Augusta Canal walk was super. Lots of restaurants located within 2-mile radius of the house.

The house is smart, which made everything easy to use. The cottage is adorable, tastefully done, and such a nice, relaxing visit after our chaotic move out of the home we sold. Definitely will recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a convenient short term stay.

We stayed for a couple weeks with our four kids while we waited for our house. It was easy, the house has the entertainment options our kids were happy with, and the location is super convenient. Communication with the owner was superb! Great experience.

We stayed at this home for a weekend with our 3 kids (ages 2, 4 , and 6) and our dog while visiting family in Augusta, and it was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well-maintained with a very convenient location. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This house is so adorable and homey . Very clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers . The property manager has thought of everything that a visitor could possibly need . I will definitely be back . This was a fantastic experience!!!!
