Situated in Cruz Bay, this attractive condo for $846 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Summary: Just a 7-minute drive from Cruz Bay, Castaways Villa is a convenient location but still offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle as well as a spectacular of Chocolate Hole Bay. This two-story villa offers a spacious escape for families or a group of friends. The Space: As you enter the villa, you will find most of the home is centrally located on the ground floor. As you make your down the entry hallway, you will find a King bedroom to the left with an en-suite bathroom. Just to the right, the heart of the home is set in an open floor plan complete with a well-appointed kitchen, half bath, dining area suited for 8, and a comfortable living room with a superior entertainment system. 10 Foot ceilings and large glass doors leading out to the Patio create an open and spacious feeling, perfect for cooking dinner and relaxing. Turn the AC off and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach or keep the doors closed to cool down after a long day in the sun! As you head up the stairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms. The first bedroom you come upon complete with 2 queen beds, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with seating. Further down the hall, and slightly more private, is the Deluxe King Suite complete with a balcony and breathtaking ocean view. All bedrooms in the condo have a smart TV with a Roku, ceilings fans, AC, and beautiful En-suite bathrooms. Guest Access: The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island. The Neighborhood: This location is an absolute gem with access to the beach just 50 yards from your back porch. Go for a walk in the morning and collect beautiful shells, take an evening dip, paddle board or snorkel the day away! Getting Around: We always suggest renting a 4x4 vehicle while on St. John. Other Things to Note: All guests of Castaways Villa will be provided Concierge Services. This property is professionally managed by BookVI. Interaction with Guests: Castaways Villa is professionally managed by BOOKVI, a knowledgeable island concierge service. There is also a property management service on-call for maintenance needs throughout your stay.

The house is located just a few yards from the beach. We could sit in the house or on the back porch and watch the water and the boats in Chocolate Hole Bay. It was great having a paddle board to take into the bay and watch the turtles swim by. The house is close to Cruz Bay and travelling to the North Shore beaches was no problem. The only drawback is the huge pit in the front of the house that was a safety concern. It needs to be filled in or fenced off,

Castaway Villa is a beautiful, new property. The rooms are spacious and everything is new. We found it hard to find as it is in a nondescript area and the entrance road is not marked. There is a beach area but the Villa is not on a beach front. Had beach equipment, an electric grill, outdoor seating, and resident iguanas right outside our door! Convenient location.

Everything about this stay was better than expected -the host was friendly and went above and beyond with local recommendations and assistance, the host was immaculately clean and well stocked, and the beach was just flawless. Would absolutely come back, with friends.

The property was brand new and very clean. It was a lovely accommodation that suited the needs of our extended family beautifully. We were happy to spend our brief vacation at a home close to town and well-appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casta Villa. The condo was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were fabulous as well as the main living space. We loved paddle boarding right off the beach. There is wildlife everywhere, iguanas, DEER, hermit crabs and more. The location is perfect too! So many beautiful memories were made here. We Look forward to staying again.
