This first level unit features beautiful hardwood floors that are original to the home, a comfortably furnished living area with flat screen TV, and a renovated galley kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep. The private dining area is located off the kitchen and has seating for six people. Enjoy delicious homemade meals with loved ones surrounded by the glow of ambient natural light that flows through the wall-to-wall windows in the dining room. There is ample seating in the living room for socializing with friends and family during your vacation. As you make your way past the living room and down the hallway towards the bedrooms, the hardwood floors are a subtle reminder of the history of this home and truly makes this property feel like “home”. This property is in an excellent location for access to the beach and the intracoastal waterway. It’s a very short walk to both. It’s only a minute or two drive to restaurants and bars. And it’s only a few steps away from Sundays, an awesome little coffee shop. I will definitely stay here again.

About 500 steps to the beach with a wonderful location close to the Oceanic and Sundays Cafe. Loved that the sheets were plastic wrapped and clean for our use (versus just being laid out). House was clean with the exception of some utensils that were showing signs of rust...if you are going to cook here, bring cooking spray, your own pan, and plasticware :). Beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure. The outside shower is not much of a shower as it requires you to hold down the lever and water sprayed everywhere so didn't use it. The views from the front deck are spectacular with the sound on one side and the beach on the other. Definitely recommend!
