Letto comodissimo, peccato non si riesca a dormire!

Posizione perfetta (anche se a posteriori dormirei nella città vecchia) per muoversi in tutta la città e letto molto comodo e confortevole.

La camera è molto piccola e non ci sono spazi dove mettere le valigie, la sera è rumorosissimo e non si riesce a dormire a causa dei locali sotto e la camera non è insonorizzata nemmeno fra le altre camere. Pulizia molto insoddisfacente, pavimento sporco per non parlare delle macchie sulla sedia girevole. In generale l’intera stanza avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, la poltrona è rotta (non ci si può sedere perché il piedino è solo appoggiato) e il frigo non funziona. Le foto sponsorizzate sull’esterno dell’edificio sono photoshoppate!

Schönes, kleines und ruhiges Hotel bei der Istiklal

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitengasse an der Istiklal Straße und ist innen sehr schön gestaltet. Klein aber fein. Es wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, dieses einzurichten. Die Duscharmatur so genial 👍🏼. Die Fenster sind gut gedämmt wegen der abendlichen Aussengeräusche von z.b. live Musik in der unteren Straße.

Der Balkon war leider schmutzig. Kann am Winter liegen, aber wir gehen zu jeder Jahreszeit raus.

A great hotel in the heart of Pera

A really great hotel in the heart of historical Pera area. The hotel is located in an adorable palazzo and the rooms are beautifully decorated with marble and designer furniture. The hotel is really very clean, has fast internet and 24/7 reception. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Istanbul and I’d like to recommend it to all Istanbul visitors.

the shower broken; no toothbrush; no shampoo; only a sheet covering the bed without another to cover the body. desolate dining room; Bad attention at the reception. Forget a bag with 30 cigars; Through chat they informed me that they had found it. When I sent for her they said they had found nothing in the room.

Отличное местоположение, рядом с Истикляль, но, благодаря расположению в переулке, в отеле очень тихо. Прекрасные номера со всеми удобствами. Очень чисто! Персонал всегда готов помочь!

Ok stay with location being the best thing about the hotel

The location is the best part about this property.

The staff is nice but we were told that if we lost one of the cards given to us, they would charge us 10 euro to replace it. I have never heard of a hotel charging you for a hotel card, we have lost/misplaced the cards before in other stays and hotels are usually nonchalant about it. Also, they would not let us check out past 12pm, not even till 12.30pm. The staff is not very flexible and accommodating. I have been to this hotel three times now and not once have the hotel staff tried to be flexible or gone above or beyond with service. They do the minimum of what is required of them and that is it.

Great location

Right in the mittle of Istiklal. 20 meters of walking distance. The AC was on even if you took out the Key card. So when you came back, a fresh cold room wellcomed you. The stuff was very friendly. 24/7 room service. Also since I was on the otherside of the building, i heard nothing of that little pub that was supposed to be loud. Also great bathroom. Taxi station 1min of walking distance. The cleaning ladies might've been the best part of this. They were very friendly and helpful.

Room a little bit small to be considered a deluxe room. 1 of the stuff members was very unfriendly. He had long black hair tied in a bun. He was always on his phone. I dont know if he had a hearing disability and I do apologize if he has but he just looked straight to your face and looked away. Did not respond to hello, good morning or bye. Didnt feel very wellcomed. Stains on the floor. My fridge wasnt plugged in so it took a lil bit untill the drinks i brought cooled down. You have to physically let them know that you want your room cleaned.

In the heart of Istiklal street with lots to do

Its very close to the bustling istiklal street with alot of options to shop, eat and things to do.

The bathroom door did not have a lock on it which meant other people can hear you using the bathroom, which is a little uncomfortable. The double bed was a bit small for two people. Small but clean room.

Good value for money

- location is the best thing of this hotel, it’s in a super nice area close to taksim square - rooms are cleaned and relatively new - Friendly staff - Good value for money

- it’s not a boutique hotel FYI - breakfast is very poor, they should improve it - if you have a light sleep like me, Friday and Saturday it will be impossible to sleep, there are clubs with such high volume music that it seems you’re having a party in your room - the standard room is quite small, with the bathroom area which is not very isolated from the rest.

great base city location to store your bags and freshen up !

great location . helpful booking taxis .

very small room even though i upgraded room size , too much furniture in the room for the room size , I bashed my toes and badly bruised a toe. old utilities pipes left exposed in the room ? no sound proofing so loud clubbing music could be heard into the early hours so pack noise cancelling headphones or stay out and party.

I travelled to istanbul many times in the past years, but this hotel was by far the best i ve ever been in. I ve already recommanded it to all my friends visiting Istanbul for the next months. Clean, beautufil decoration, very kind staff and managers and beyond all excellent location in a very quiet street ( i ve brought my baby with me) Many thanks from me and my family !

it’s ok if location is your first priority

the location is great! the second room that was given to us was nice (I asked to switch rooms because the first room was awful)

I looked for a room with a very large bed and this hotel said that the rooms had an extra large bed (180+ cm), when I arrived to the hotel I found out that the beds are 160 cm so it was disappointing because I wouldn’t booked it if I knew that (false information at least on booking). At first the room that was given to us had lots of flaws, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, the room didn’t have full length mirror, the door didn’t locked from the inside, the room was gloomy and the carpet and the furniture looked like it had lots of stains on it. I asked to switch rooms and at first they were reluctant to do so, I had to ask a few time till they did (they said they are fully booked though we were the only ones there). the breakfast isn’t the best but you have lots of places to eat outside nearby.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a very central area with quite a bit of noise

The room was super clean and the bed very, very comfortable. The finishings were very luxurious and the rooms had a lot of room to store your stuff. The reception staff were always available when needed. The location is super central so you have an incredible amount of options at your feet.

Because of how central the hotel is there is quite a bit of noise, especially in the evenings because of the neighbouring clubs. We had earplugs with us and we still struggled to sleep. The hotel were very accommodating and changed us rooms after the first night and that made it a lot better. The breakfast could be a lot better. Options are a little limited and given the breakfast culture of Turkey we felt like there's a lot of space for improvement. Juice is not fresh and there's only instant coffee. We ended up going out for breakfast after the first day. Toiletries are also lacking. Super basic offering. Two tiny bottles with no labels on them. The room deserves a lot better.

Great for a short stay

Location is 2min walk from Istiklal Str, with many small restaurants (including best cheesecake place) close by. Modern boutique hotel with everything that's required for a short stay) staff were very nice and professional!

Very nice and cosy rooms with helpful staff. The location is amazing (just a minute from Istiklal) with cheap parkings in close distance.

Perfect location, clean room, elegant design, helpful and polite staff. Few meters from taxi hub. Value for money.

Poor breakfast, every day the same. Hotel charged me extra 10 eur for card payment.
