The place was fine, nothing fabulous but you can tell they’ve put some effort into it. decent location for exploring

Would definitely recommend. We had a few days here and really enjoyed the stay. A little glitch getting in, mostly due to our own error but took a bit to find a solution and to realize the number pad that was lit up was not the one to get in but rather the lockbox on the door had a keypad tucked away in it too. Great little neighborhood, easy access to the main road through town and the space was well kept and inviting.

Some amenities regularly expected were not there: no hanging space, no dresser in bedroom, no towel bars or hooks, could not use the dishwasher. Maintenance issues: missing screen door and screening, kitchen plumbing disconnected.

Getting in was a bit difficult for someone with bad hips it’s 2bricks high! I literally fell into the property twice, you need handrails or another brick the bed is also pretty high also hard to get in, but comfortable While looking for another coffee pot, (then deciding to not use any appliances since the coffee maker set the fire alarm off) we found a bag of trash in the cabinet, (we wondered what the smell was) and lots of dust on the top of the fridge The outdoor screens were torn really makes the place look cheap and no curtains on any windows For a Christmas stay it was terrible 😣 I won’t recommend VRBO again

Soooo Relaxing

Took my hammock and laid on the dock. At night I could hear the live music faintly in the background from Skinny's across the street which was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and overall the place was just what I needed. Hope to go back soon.

This place is great for 2-4 people. I enjoyed my stay. I would have one recommendation, the bedroom needs a dresser and the closet needs a rod with hangers. We rented a house so we didn't have to live out of a suitcase. But unfortunately we had to do that for our 9 days we stayed there. Overall experience, it worked for us and would stay there again.

the neighborhood here is a little sketchy with some homes abandoned in the area and the properties arent cared for very well. the place was clean and all the ameneties were there. there is a great little breakfast place at the end of the block so that was very convenient. the floating dock needs a little attention as it sits on the rocks at low tide causing a tilt.it secured my 21 ft bay boat nicely though..i would go back again.
