About this house rental

Located in Meridian, this attractive house for $432 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Great location in NW Meridian. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 20. Please enter the booking for the highest number of people you will have at any point during your stay. Example of how this policy works: If you have 10 guests one night, 15 another, and 12 on the last one, we will charge you for 15. This is because linens will have to be washed for 15 people, regardless of how many nights your 15 guests used the towels and bedsheets. The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy. We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties. You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. I live in Boise, about 30 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour. This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to the new Costco and about 8 minutes from Eagle. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore! This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

This home was EXACTLY what we needed... we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Family was in town unexpectedly for a funeral, and we did not know for sure how many guests would be staying with us or with my family in their home. The flexibility of bedrooms in this home was part of what drew us there, but I also loved the photos of the multiple living rooms, the large primary bedroom, the open concept living/dining/kitchen. It all appeared beautiful online... and when we walked in the door, the house absolutely lived up to all our expectations. The flow of the home worked great for our two + families, the beds were comfortable, the number of bedrooms was fantastic, the large sectional couch was great... and the open great room was such a delight. The convenience of the home's location was perfect, too... near the grocery store, Starbuck's, convenient for walking/running straight from the house for those that wanted. The washer/dryer was great too. I just can't say enough good things about the house. We will rent this house again when we come to town to visit family. On another note, Sam's availability during the process of checking in (we added two nights to our reservation at the last minute) was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and attention to our needs. We are SO happy with the rental home, the process, the property owner/manager and our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We had a great stay! Home was beautiful and clean! Had silverware and dishes that we needed. Only complaint is there were no cleaning supplies, we purchased some and left for the next guest! Also, would be super helpful if the home had plastic wrap and foil and maybe basic spices…little things that guests don’t typically carry on them when traveling but that come in handy when staying in a rental property! Overall great home, great stay, great location and would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our extended family - large family style great room, living room and outside area worked great for our family group - house was very clean, well stocked , convenient, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and groceries - new w/d - also Sam was very helpful ! We had a great stay. Beautiful house. Our family did a family reunion here. 19 of us stayed in the house. There were enough plates, cups, silverware, and towels for everyone. The house was well set up and had enough room for everyone. We loved the backyard too, there were even a few yard games. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood pool was a wonderful perk. We enjoyed a few afternoons there. There are also plenty of stores close by for anything you might need. There is a nice park only a few blocks away. We had a great stay!

We had a group of 15 stay over the weekend with several baseball families and it was perfect! The host checked in with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The house is in good condition in a very peaceful neighborhood. Layout worked perfect, community pool use was a hit and we all had great time.

Everything was very clean and as pictured. Our only suggestion would be to replace the main TV in the family with a smart TV, as is, in the rest of the rooms. We would definitely stay hear again!

We had a little bit of a challenge with the front door lock, but the host was quick in response. The host check in with us during our stay. The house was very well stocked, all of our needs were taken care of. I definitely recommend this house. It was convenient to Boise, which was our destination, we had an excellent stay in this home.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. We traveled for a Hs team competition and the house was extremely spacious and allowed the kids the ability to intermingle while also providing them with ample sleeping quarters. The house was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend for large groups and will be coming back. Host was also extremely helpful and checked in a few times which was much appreciated. Phenomenal experience.
