We would like to reassure that our cleaners are taking extra precautions and hygiene measures following Airbnb guideline to keep guests safe. CITQ #299603 The Space: This 1-bedroom apartment is newly renovated with new furniture, including a sofa bed, a king size bed, a fully stocked kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, a smart TV with free access to Netflix and an Amazon fire stick to watch your favorite shows/movies, and high speed wifi. Feel free to make yourselves at home with our fully stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances! We provide complimentary coffee & tea, and there's a convenience store next to the building on Laurier for any additional items you may need. The Neighborhood: The Plateau has been called Canada's hippest neighborhood. Nestled at the base of Mount Royal and boasting the highest population density in Canada, this colourful, artsy neighbourhood is a fun place to hang out day or night. Little Italy is a charming residential neighborhood full of old-school cafes, pizzerias, Italian grocery stores and traditional bakeries. The Jean-Talon Market bustles year-round with stands selling flowers, produce and hot meals. Nearby, locals play bocce in Parc Dante. The hip Mile-Ex enclave offers artisanal coffee shops, chic restaurants and bars in industrial spaces. You're seconds away from famed Bagel St-Viateur and Fairmount Bagels. If you are amateur of real coffee, great atmosphere and spot, do not miss out Cafe Olimpico. Other Things to Note: This apartment is on the 3rd floor. You will have to g up 2 flights of stairs. There is an outdoor patio for all guests. (The patio is currently undergoing construction. It will be ready at some point during the summer season) You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival. Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available) To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances. THERE IS CURRENTLY CONSTRUCTION ON THE GROUND FLOOR ON WEEKDAYS. THE NOISE LEVELS ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL, SO I RECOMMEND BRINGING EARPLUGS JUST IN CASE. NO CONSTRUCTION ON WEEKENDS. CITQ #299603

Pros-Location is good -convenient laundry down the hall (shared with other units on same floor) Bed -good & firm king Layout is good but small Keyless entry good Cons- noise factor horrendous from traffic on parc avenue and poor windows. Sink drains slow & need attention Iron but no ironing board Little supplies- only 3 wine glasses, few dishes,chipped plates, old & very few utensils, only 1 white plastic garbage bag for bathroom Construction noise from ground floor (I was aware of this, but no Unit layout is fine & small with good laundry down the hall shared with others on same floor. Cobwebs and very few kitchen utensils ( what is supplied is old and poor quality) Sink drains were slow No rinse aid for dishwasher Way overpriced Needs a paint job No fire escape route posted
