Situated in Ship Bottom, this charming condo for $528 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Why Stay at Serenity Cove on LBI? Condo has everything you'd want in a LBI beach location. CONVENITENTLY LOCATED in Ship Bottom making getting on and off the island a breeze. The condo is close to the BEACH. You can have your toes in the sand in under 10 minutes. The UPDATED KITCHEN is perfect for saving money and preparing your own meals. However if eating out is your thing within walking distance is a VARIETY OF RESTAURANTS (Italian, sushi, American, seafood, pancake house, etc). Just want to GRAB A SNACK super nearby is an ice cream shop, a bagel place and a few more blocks away are some coffee shops. THINGS TO DO. A few blocks away are 2 mini-golf locations, a gigantic candy store, and bicycle rentals. If you LOVE SHOPPING nearby is Ron Jons, B&B department store, & some unique boutiques. LIKE TO BAR HOP - a variety of roof top, tiki & swanky bars are nearby. Don't want to drive (for a nominal fee) use the LBI shuttle to travel up and down the island. If this all sounds good then SERENITY COVE IS FOR YOU. During the season (Memorial day through Labor day) I have a 7 night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday). Check in is at 4:00 on Saturday. Check out is at 11:00 am on the following Saturday. If you are looking for a split week stay please email me before booking. I can’t promise anything but sometimes I am able to accommodate. Details of the Condo below: Serenity Cove is PERFECT for a small family, a couple or two and a group of friends. With 2 bedrooms, a flex room (can be used as an extra bedroom as it has a queen pull out sofa and a door), a beautiful updated full kitchen, spacious living room, & full bathroom (with a tub/shower). This condo can comfortably sleeps 8 and is sure to please. The condo has 2 DEDICATED OFF STREET PARKING SPACES. COMFORT is our priority. Our main bedroom features a QUEEN bed, and the second bedroom has 2 TWIN beds with brand new mattresses/box springs. There are also 2 PULL-OUT QUEEN SLEEPER SOFAS, 1 in the front flex room, & another in the living room. Additionally, the condo has 3 AC UNITS & 3 CEILING FANS, so you can control the temperature yourself. There is FREE WI-FI (if you need to check up on work) and 3 TVs with streaming capabilities (if you wish to catch up on your favorite Netflix shows). For relaxing evenings or rainy days for all ages there are a VARIETY of board games, puzzles, and cards. The condo boasts a NEWLY UPDATED KITCHEN equipped with dishes and silverware for up to 12. We are avid cooks and have stocked the kitchen with pots and pans, a crockpot and a stock pot (for seafood boils). There is also a microwave and toaster oven. If you wish to eat outside there is an outdoor patio set on the front patio with seating for 4 and a boatload of outside plastic serving pieces (cups, dip & chip, serving tray, bowls, plates etc). New this year is COFFE/TEA STATION with both a Keurig & an old fashioned coffee maker. Brand new Rae Dunn coffee & tea containers - with complimentary k-cups & tea bags. A sugar bowl and ceramic creamer cup with complimentary sugar, splenda, and sweet & low packets and coffee creamers. A coffee bean grinder for those that love freshly ground coffee. Nothing like pouring yourself a nice cup of Joe and taking a walk to the beach early in the morning. Heaven! To ensure COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS, sheets, pillowcases, shower towels and beach towels are NOT included and you MUST bring your own. Each bed does have its own coverlet/comforter (including the pull out sofas), pillows and a fluffy blanket. There is an in-unit WASHER & DRYER for all of your wet bathing suits and sandy beach towels! Feel free to wash you clothes before heading home. To make your stay super convenient BASIC ITEMS are included: a roll of toilet paper/paper towels, aluminum foil/cling wrap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen & bath hand soap, liquid laundry detergent, fabric softeners & garbage bags. We have PROVIDED (4) BEACH CHAIRS with attached SEASONAL BEACH BADGES, a rolling cooler and a picnic basket with a blanket to ensure you enjoy the nearby beach as much as we do. Great property location to several restaurants and to the beach! Condo probably had the best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced (even though we only cooked once). Property manager was super responsive! Would definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed here a week and enjoyed our time. Check-in was easy - Patty was kind enough to let us check in early with our small kids and was very responsive whenever we communicated with her. The parking was very easy as well, which we appreciated with two small children. Great location to both food and the beach. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and that there were tons of board games, puzzles and beach toys available. Would definitely recommend for a family with kids!

Serenity Cove is a lovely immaculate condo one block from the beach. It is decorated in beachy hues of blue and creams. The decor is fresh and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with household appliances and tools. Also provided were dish washing soap , foil and plastic wrap and antibacterial wipes. Not provided was plastic garbage bags and coffee filters. Both bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is fresh and bright. The host is easily contacted and responds quickly.

We were able to create amazing memories with our family and had a great time. Everything was very close, convenient and within walking distance. A great ice cream parlor across the street and candy kingdom near by for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend renting and experiencing this chic condo a block away from the beach!

We had a lovely, relaxing time at this cute condo. It was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach and the location was perfect too. Everything is nearby within walking distance or just a short drive. When we had a question or two the owner promptly replied. There are 4 units in the building and all the other residents were very friendly and nice. It was our first time in Ship Bottom(as we usually stay in Beach Haven) and we absolutely loved it!

Perfect location - walked or biked to everything we needed. Condo was perfect for what we needed and fit everyone comfortably. Plenty of blankets and pillows and kitchen amenities to enjoy our stay immensely! Thank you Patty for the wonderful stay in LBI!

Overall, we had a reasonably comfortable stay here. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. The ad says another room can be a 3rd bedroom but that is not true at all because that is the dining room and there are two big wall openings (the size of large windows) into the kitchen and living room, so there is no privacy or noise protection. There is also a cell phone tower directly behind the house and I was not happy finding this out after we arrived. Our queen bed was horribly noisy as the box spring was rusty. We contacted owner and she replaced it within a few days, then we could sleep more comfortably. The place is very well decorated with nice furniture and wall hangings and was reasonably clean. The location is very good, just a short walk to the beach and next to a very good ice cream store and nice seafood place. The neighbors were friendly too.

I was very happy to find this listing. I had gone to LBI as a kid and was excited to bring my wife to this shore point. The place is centrally located in Ship Bottom on 18th street. Famed Seafood spot 50 yards away, ice cream across the street. Beach 1.5 blocks away. PLace is good for what you need in a shore house, a place to sleep and recharge whilst being near almost everything in walking distance. Place was clean, and Patty was easy to get in touch with. I recommend for families or 4 adults is probably most comfortable

This was a great property! The space was perfect for my partner and I and definitely could have fit more comfortably. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the “dining room” area and had a great time playing the provided board games at night. In terms of location: the house is a stone’s throw from an ice cream and bagel shop and a seafood restaurant and a ~5 minute walk to the beach. There are also a handful of shops and restaurants we walked a little farther to, like the Candy Kingdom and a pancake house. It was also easy to park in front of the place. The condo was also quiet and private and we enjoyed our stay! Patty was a great host and quick communicator. We will definitely be staying again!
