The property is very nice, I was impressed by the room’s design.
It is very clean and well maintained.
If we will come back, we will definitely choose again this hotel.
Nothing to mention. Everything was above the expectations

Clean and quiet and the 2 cats
The lack of facilities. No restaurant.
Breakfast was meagre, staff helped themselves
Gratis coffee machine always out of milk
Pharaoahs ants throughout complex including our suite
Fragments of glass on balcony from previous occupants
Spa/ treatments very expensive
Receptionist said they could not book a taxi for us to the airport in the morning

I think for the price we payed they should offer a better breakfast with more varieties

Pool and roof top terrace is great!
Spa facilities such as jacuzzi should be opened for all visitors free of charge.

The rooms are sooooooo clean I slept so well but the aircon is not very strong and the rooms are small burn they're so clean and new. The pool area is lovely and clean but needs some life and should be made adults only if it's supposed to be a relaxing spa experience. Breakfast was amazing
Difficult to order Ubers and screaming kids by the pool. There is also only one person working reception, the bar etc so it's never easy to get a drink and you have to hunt him down 😂

Location was okay very nice views of mountains and nice villas nearby.
Air conditioning not working and only limited lighting was working. The Russian receptionist blamed it on the star lite arena nearby having a function going on but all nearby villas were well lit. She was extremely unhelpful and said maybe a.c would come on later so as we were tired we decided to stay. She showed us our room which was okay and clean but very warm . When l mentioned this she said sleep with the balcony door open and when we went onto balcony it was just one long balcony shared by all the rooms so no privacy at all . There was no one on site after 6pm. so we could have no tea or coffee only water from a water machine in reception. The car park was shared between the hotel and villa next door which had a large electric gate which was left open all night so anyone could walk threw off the street which we saw happen. No security in the hotel at all. Receptionist wanted money for our nights stay upfront but l argued the price and did not pay what she wanted. When l asked for receipt she tore some scrap paper off and wrote the receipt on that. No headed paper just the amount l paid and her signature. Very unprofessional. We stayed the next night as we went to see Rod Stewart in the Starlite and when we arrived back to hotel it was all lit up and air conditioning was working, but still no security there. I think they turn air conditioning and some lights off when they want and blame it on the arena. Rubbish. When my husband checked out the next morning he asked for receipt of payment but they said no. Why.? Spoke to other clients who were extremely not happy with staying there.

the hotel is lovely, tranquil, c;lean and a nice setting which is why I booked it.
The staffing is a nightmare, only one person doing everything from the reception to making the drinks.
I asked for a water with gas, didn't even have this.
The biggest issue was the power outage which they advised was not their fault, I understand however the lack of care to try to sort this out, to offer anything else, no Manager spoke to us, we had to move hotels as we could not be given any answers as to if it would ever come back on, no help in that regard, I appreciate that an issue like this could not be helped from the hotels perspective but the way the issue was handled was bad.

Really peaceful and tranquil hotel, really quiet and relaxing. Really beautiful scenery and hotel with an outstanding receptionist who dealt with everything on her own. Chef was also amazing and can really see the pride taken in his work.
There was only one woman on reception that was also in charge of making drinks. I would suggest atleast 2 members of staff, one on reception and one outside around the bar area as I don’t believe just one member of staff is enough when a few people are checked into the hotel, especially in couples. Place was lovely but lacking facilities to make hot drinks, as a Brit I love a cup of tea but by the time of check in there was no resources to make one with fresh milk. Maybe to consider a little fridge with mugs available with a simple kettle in the reception area?

wonderful staff who truly were very helpful with everything we wanted to know! The breakfast buffet was delicious and healthy, fresh fruit, wonderful cheeses and croissants!
it was a bit uphill located, but had its private parking lot !
I guess we had to get used to narrow streets coming from USA.

Had a comfortable sleep. I stayed for 5 nights. Everything was pretty clean. I liked responding with reception using whatsapp. The breakfast was good and had a decent option. The food in the hut by the reception was very very good. The beef gyozas are amazing!
Im not about to completely knock the hotel, but it didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't say it was giving spa or resort vibes. The first morning, I woke up to a million tiny ants in my bed and bathroom. They cleaned that up pretty well. They only offered one 45min massage and when I went to the spa it wasn't even open. I also think they should provide robes in the room as a standard. They do not offer room service. If you want food from the hut ordered to your room you have to pay extra. I was super annoyed when I called reception and asked for an orange juice. The lady said "no you must go and get it from the hut" and I feel like it wouldn't have been a problem for her to help me make the order, instead of shutting me down. Ordering food options in the area are poor and there isn't much variety. I did like the overall aesthetic, but some things looked cheap to me (some furniture still has stickers)

Everything was very clean and in perfect condition.
We were hoping that we could use the spa but it was only for booked massages. Would have been nice to just use the jacuzzi and steam room.

Nice location, free parking, tasty breakfast!
5.0
Style, cleanliness, breakfast
Wifi, no room Service or any other usual hotel of this price range would offer. Shower is not hot, mildly warm, phone doesn't work, tv has only 3 channels, not to par for the price range

Spacious room, nicely furbished and spotless!
A big "Thank you" for the wonderful people from the reception. They were very kind and supportive when my schedule changed.
I totally recommend !
I didn't like the fact that my séjour was too short :-).

the bathrooms are beautifully designed and location was beautiful.
there were no robes as advertised and the cast setting on the tv wasn’t working. would be nice to have a coffee machine in the rooms and also room service.

The breakfast was so lovely with many options including eggs and different breads and muffins. The hotel is very chic. However I was disappointed we couldn't get in the pool as it was too chilly. The best thing - the shower. The room was spacious and we loved spending time on our balcony.
There was a tiny bit of construction/improvement going on in the front of the hotel, but it was only during the day. Looks like they're still working to make it even better.
