Located in East Sandwich, this attractive house for $770 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 5 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9 2 Bathrooms 7 Night Minimum rental, Saturday- Saturday About this home: This fantastic 5 bedroom, two-bath home has been recently renovated. The house is part of the highly desirable Carlton Shores neighborhood, with an association beach only 1 mile away. If you dont want to walk- the home comes with beach passes for your car. There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout this home. First floor includes an open kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, granite counters and lots of light. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment that a gourmet cook will need. Dining area seats 8 ( extra leaf and chairs in the basement). Large Living room with comfortable seating for TV viewing and an extra space with lots of games and books for a rainy day. Master Bedroom is on the first floor with an adjacent ceramic tiled full bath. The additional four bedrooms are on the second floor. Three of these bedrooms include a TV and firestick. The 2nd floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo . Walk out the back door to a very large and very private yard with lots of room for kids to run and play games. Barbecue on the gas grill after a day at the beach, enjoy dinner at the roomy well shaded picnic tables or chill by the firepit . The home is cooled in the summer with 2 minisplits on the first floor and 2 window ACs on the second floor. Washer and Dryer on the premise and ample parking for 4 cars in the drive. Even an extra refridgerator in the basement along with a cooler for the beach. What more could you ask for?! 1 pet at no additional charge. 100 fee per additional pet Bedroom 1- KING/1st floor Bedroom 2- Queen/ 2nd floor Bedroom 3- Queen/2nd floor Bedroom 4- 2 Twins(bunks)/ 2nd floor Bedroom 5- 1 Twin /2nd Floor Sheets and towels are not included and may be brought or rented locally. We hosted vacation for our three adult 'kids' and invited friends to stop by throughout the week. The house was perfectly sized and worked great for us. It is not realistically walkable to the beach, although it is just a short drive with beach passes provided. 6A is a main road with fast moving traffic which made dog walks a drive to the quiet neighborhood around the corner. Having our puppy there with us meant so much. Overall, a wonderful house and location where you get on and off the Cape while still enjoying the tremendous beaches and activities.

We had a wonderful week at the house. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. It was wonderful to have the beach pass so we could always park at Carleton Beach. The directions were very clear and the binder of activities and restaurants was up to date and helpful. There was a battery that was beginning to get low on one of the smoke detectors and they came over within an hour of my calling them. We highly recommend the property!!!

We vacationed here with close friends for a week and had an amazing experience. The house was in great condition and included more amenities than we even thought of! The location was perfect, as it’s set back in a secluded area and we had many teenagers with us, so no concerns about noise when we sat by the fire at night. Everything was clean and ready to use, and the property managers were quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend and would definitely return here for another stay. Beach Getaway

This was a clean, bright and beautifully decorated beach vacation house. My mother-in law commented on how homey it felt. The kitchen had many appliances, hand soap and dish towels. We enjoyed the private beach especially at low tide. The yard was nice and pleasantly free of poison ivy and we were able to enjoy a fire in the fire pit one night!
