About this house rental
Enjoy the beach in this newly renovated Rehoboth Beach townhome! It is located 1/2 a block from Rehoboth Avenue and four blocks from the beach. It is the perfect location with just a short walk to all of Rehoboth's restaurants, shopping, two parks/ playgrounds, the boardwalk and of course…the beach. This townhome overlooks the private community salt-water pool in the quiet, relaxing Scarborough Village community. Inside is a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plenty of seating, three TV's and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 crib and 1 sleeper sofa. A full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit on the second floor. The back patio is great for grilling and relaxing. Or enjoy the deck off the second-floor primary bedroom which overlooks the pool. The unit includes cable, internet, a DVD player and two private covered parking spaces (curbside parking also available). Please Note: A one-week minimum is required when renting between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Off season rentals have a 2-night minimum. Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 15 days of the date of checkout as long as there is no damage. Guests should bring their own sheets, towels and paper goods.

We have stayed at this rental a few times now and have loved it every time! You cannot beat the location: close to the beach and all the dining and restaurants you could want. The pool is amazing, probably the nicest pool in Rehoboth. The rental always has everything we need, too. And the owner is fantastic - highly recommend!

You cannot beat this property for the price and location. The townhouse was more than enough room for the three of us. You do need to bring quite a few things with you but that is to be expected for this type of rental and this price. When we did have a small utility problem in the rental, the owner was very responsive and got the issue resolved asap. WE were very happy with the property and with the owner's quick response. This rental is also in the best location you can get for the price. Close to the beach, restaurants and steps away from main street. We loved being within walking distance of most places we would go. The only drive was to the outlets a short distance away, and otherwise the car didn't move. There is also a very nice pool right out the front door. This was terrific stay and we would recommend it.

Loved the location of the condo which is in a quiet community and walkable to restaurants, shops, the boardwalk, and beach! The condo was nice & clean with a great pool. It was also awesome that a parking permit was included which we used to go to less crowded areas of the beach where we were able to find close parking that was helpful for carrying our beach stuff.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We really appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable space! The spiral staircase had a nice safe railing and was carpeted which are both essential with a toddler. The deck overlooking the pool was BEAUTIFUL. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in an excellent location just off the main road. It was the perfect size for our family of four to spread out and sleep very comfortably. The bathrooms upstairs both feel brand new and are very nice. We didn’t use the pool but it’s just outside the door from this unit. Communication with management was excellent. Thank you for everything.

We came to town for a spring (pre-peak season) weekend. This place was perfect. Exactly as advertised in the listing. Great location to park the car on arrival and leave it while we walked to dinner/drinks/shops.

We came to Rehoboth beach for the Seashore Rehoboth Half Marathon. This property is conveniently located. It’s just across the race finish line and the after party tent. There’s a passageway from the property to the main street. Everything is walking distance to the shops, restaurants along the main street and to the boardwalk/beach. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Great place to stay. Beach/boardwalk is 4 blocks away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We walked everywhere. LOVED the pool, king bed and balcony. Steps are a bit hard with suitcase, etc but we managed. Only thing we thought could be improved is the size of TV in 2nd bedroom could have been bigger-we have bad eyes. :) We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next yr at the same time.

We had a great experience! The rental contained everything we needed. We were able to find parking close to the beach and enjoyed the pool. The short walk to the main street was so convenient. We look forward to visiting again.

10/10! Absolutely LOVED our stay here and would love to visit again! House was extremely clean, very clean and nice pool that was steps from our door, great communication from the owner and overall just a wonderful experience! You would not be disappointed staying here! It was amazing!
