Would go back for sure didn't have enough time to use the facilities due to catching up with friends

Breakfast good went to hotels cafe. superb facilities and in house amenities. Boardwalk and electric bike rental station right there so easy to get around. Also public transport only a short walk. Hotel had plenty of outdoor seating and great relaxation areas looking out over the beach

Not much in the area surf club about 10 minute walk good for meals

Heavenly stay on the Gold Coast

The flat , the pool and the heavenly smell overall. The staff was fantastically friendl and the facilitiies are great. It is pricey but worth it !!

Avoid the Langham Gold Coast

It was new

Not like I expected from a Langham. Couldn't work the air conditioning and the lights kept changing . The service phone line didn't pick up after 4 calls over a half an hour period.

冲浪者海滩的快乐之旅

酒店的侧门直对着沙滩，踱步不远就可以到达，环境优美，波澜壮阔，冲浪者海滩，真是特别的刺激，令人激动，当海水大浪向着自己涌来的时候，惊险中有着欢乐，我与家人超级开心😁酒店服务也是属上称，服务态度很好。

Beautiful, amazing rooms but pity about the fridge

Beautiful room. Great location. Great facilities.

The mini-fridge is apparently not a fridge. It doesn’t keep drinks good. Hot drinks are not great!

I liked that it was all quite new and well maintained.

The bathroom was far too small for the price. The pool is also too small for the property.

Magical

Absolutely everything / beautiful rooms - exceptional staff from check in - service- and spa ! We went for a mum and daughter birthday celebration weekend - and will definitely be back - highly recommend

SUPERB

Buffet breakfast was $59 00. Friendly, accommodating staff, great view of the ocean. Food could have been a bit more extensive but was adequate.

Horrible, Not child friendly, staff acts like they don't even need to work there and are too good.

Nothing, the entire experience was absolutely appalling. If I wasn't so busy I'd write a formal complaint.

This was the most ridicuous experience ever. They tout themselves as a 5 star hotel when in reality they've grabbed a bunch of randoms that don't care about their jobs and oh my it shows. There's a CLEAR feeling of resentment by staff. We're not even a rich family but we saved up to spoil ourselves and were treated like absolute garbage. Staff look at a kids like they are disgusting and no compassion at all.

Def stay again. Don’t go during school holidays .

Gym is state of the art

Many families with kids . Kids screaming at breakfast. Kids screaming / playing in the smallish pool. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day. We were out all day.

Luxurious and comfortable experience

The location is about a 20 minute walk from the main Surfers Paradise strip. It’s peaceful and right by the beach

While it had great things i wouldnt stay again

Food was excellent Staff were good

The pool is manifestly too small for a resort this size If you want to go to beach you have to pay for the umbrella and chair The inside pool not monitored i saw kids bombing into it thus creating chaos and noise for other patrons. We paid for breakfast but a cup of coffee was extra!!!!

Large scale hotel in central of gold coast

The room was very big and nicely decorated. Everyhing you needed and very clean. Being on 19th floor you have a great view over the city. Within a minute you are on the beach.

The pool is small compared to amount of guest. So the pool is full of people and also around there. No free chairs or beds available, no umbrellas. Not a place to have a quiet relaxing moment. Which was what we were looling for.

Best hotel experience I have ever had here in Australia!

We loved the location and the beach frontage. It was away from the busy hussle and noise. It was quiet yet not deserted. Perfect for a family holiday or for couples. The outdoor pool is heated and indoor, so even when it rained we still went in the pool. It was delightful. Endless amount of towel usage was fantastic and bar/ food access by the pool was very convenient with the kids.

We wish they could have had more bungalows/tent for the beach available. They only had 3 for the whole hotel. It would have been great because for the day you can have shade and access to the bar/food for the day while on the beach. It didn’t stop us from going to the beach though. We wish we could have stayed longer! We would change nothing!

had a great stay but for money we paidthe pool was a disappointment and a few other bits and pieces

breaskfast was amazing , a little expensive though. the hotel location was great. our room was great. fabulous view.

Breakfast a little expensive. not enough towels for our room. no extra garbage bags for bin, no clothes line, no instant coffee satchels, taps were very difficult to use, body wash pump hard to get soap out of. the pool was one of the reasons we stayed at The Langham but it was extremely windy, we could only sit there 1 day for afew hours.

도착 다음날 아이는 수영장에서 유리에 발을 다쳐 머무는 동안 해변에 들어가지도 못하고 남은여정을 어른들이 돌아가며 안고 다녔습니다. 또 객실은 청소가 제대로 되지 않아서 먼지가 날려 저녁에 취짐할때는 저와 아이가 기침을 하였습니다 호텔 측에 이와 같은 문제를 제기 했는데 그닥 적절하지 못한 대응에 실망이 큽니다.

The room was “ over the top”, the detail you put in every aspect, was remarkable. Love the cotton sheets! Bathroom was the best! Especially the oval tub! The staff are all so well trained & elegant! Thank yiu

Just need a note on door “ not to disturb”. Cleaning ladies came in while still in bed!

Holiday to remember!

Amazing facilities - lovely staff - Daniella at reception and Anna at the pool beautifully people! Pool gets sun all morning but no sun in the afternoon- suited us but might not suit some people. Had a memorable stay! Will be back.

Luxurious clean and relaxing

Location and amenities are amazing!

It would be great if the inside bar would open for lunch rather than 2pm for all those with kids who done want a big restaurant mean just to snack.

The pools were busy n feels like they were understaffed. There was only 2 staff trying to accommodate everyone, they were doing their best. We didn’t get our cocktails, which we got refunded for but come summer, I feel there should be more support over there

The view being obstructed by the poor design of the building with a giant steel frame crossing the entire view. Why pay over $1k per night for an ocean view that feels completely oppressed and unnecessarily obstructed

Perfect escape from reality.

The opulence, sense of quiet despite multiple guests, the scent through out the entire hotel, the whole experience is and was completely worth it!

The breakfast was great, the location great

The hotel was not flexible in us booking in to the High Tea, and not flexible in us cancelling one day of breakfast buffet, I have been in other hotels that are much more flexible at catering to what the guest wants
