It features an in-ground pool that can entertain the whole family for hours. The pool area features ample seating for relaxing while sipping your favorite cold beverage. An umbrella will help shade you from the afternoon sun. Cook your favorite meal on the charcoal grill. You can also enjoy a game of cornhole with family and friends by the pool. (There are located under the king bed.) There may some neighborhood tree debris in the pool from time to time. Roughly 20 x 10 ft and a depth of 10 ft. Equipped with a all new gas heater, this pool can warm you up even on the chilliest of Florida days. While looking for other places to stay, make sure to ask the other hosts their heater is electric or gas. A electric pool heater may not do the job and takes a while to heat up the pool. Our pool can be heated for and additional $45 per day. Please let us know before booking if you would like to have the pool heated for your stay. Outdoor Shower- Very refreshing! If you have not showered outside you are missing out. It is a different experience. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach and pool. FREE beach cart, umbrella, and chairs to take with you to the beach! "We had a family of 6- 3 kids, 3 adults. We had planty of room. We all enjoyed the private fenced in pool!! The outdoor shower was so much fun for the kids. Great location, walking distance to the beach- even our 3yo could do it! We also walked to Carousels supermarket. We enjoyed Thomas's Bakery too. We felt very safe in the home- neighborhood in Laguna Beach. Very clean home. Well stocked kitchen. We wanted a no fuss quiet beach vacation and this house is perfect for that!-Jennifer" "This charming house has everything you need to have an amazing getaway that’s a bit off the tourist-y path. The completely private patio, pool and outdoor shower is literally a block or two from the beach. If the previous guests damages the cornhole or the beach cart prior to your check and we cannot guarantee that it would be operational for your stay.
