Welcome to Rocky Road Cabin! The perfect couple’s getaway or family vacation nestled on a private and peaceful 1.5 acre hillside. Located just outside the Beavers Bend State Park and close proximity to Broken Bow Lake! Come enjoy your stay after a long days hike, fishing adventure, horseback ride, off-road excursion or following a challenging day on the Cedar Creek Golf Course. The area offers many restaurants, wineries, breweries and attractions for both adults and kids (go-carting, axe throwing, & bowling). This cabin features 2 bedrooms both with king beds, an upstairs loft with a queen bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. The cabin also offers plenty of outdoor space with a large wrap around deck, a back porch hot tub, horseshoes on the upper hillside, ladder ball, a charcoal grill, and a LARGE outdoor fireplace! (Must bring your own wood) Inside you can rest easy with a kitchen supplying all your necessary small appliances/cookware as well as a Keurig and drip coffee maker (starter supply of coffee pods, grounds and filters provided for your convenience). Additionally, the cabin offers a washer and dryer, recliner sofas, a 65-inch Roku Smart TV (bring your own Netflix/Hulu passwords), and if you’re feeling up to the challenge, a foosball table in the loft! -- THE PROPERTY -- Private Cabin With a Touch of Modern | Outdoor Fireplace | Hot Tub | Pet Friendly **Warning! As the name states, we have a slightly inclined gravel driveway making it a ROCKY ROAD, 4wd is recommended but is not a necessity. Again, as the name states, we have a slightly inclined gravel driveway making it a ROCKY ROAD, 4wd is recommended but is not a necessity. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - Pet friendly (maximum of 2, 35-pound weight limit) - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required at check-in - NOTE: Please be sure to place the lid back on hot tub when not in use, and do not sit or jump on cover as damage will incur fees. - NOTE: Additional chlorine is provided, please add when needed. - NOTE: The cabin is on a septic system, please do not flush any paper products or feminine products other than toilet paper

Property is beautiful and clean. Our stay here was fantastic. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Cabin had all the homey items needed to fix anything to cook. Everything went smoothly with no issues for checkin/checkout. Definitely recommending this cabin to rent. You will not be disappointed.

There is NOTHING bad about this cabin; Rocky Road. Located between Broken Bow and Hochatown. Perfect cabin to rent for my family of 5. The master bed is the most comfiest bed everrrrr. Never wanted to get up. My kids are already REQUESTING to stay at this cabin for future trips. Excited to go back! The host is super sweet and great at communicating.

Loved our stay here!! The property was beautiful! The cabin was extremely clean. We had access to the main necessities needed which was provided by the host. It is in a great location to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The communication was very informative and prompt. Very nice. Extras like foosball table kept the kids entertained at night. Nice kitchen, no issues at all. Just a few minutes from the park visitor center and trailhead. Owner was very responsive and quick to answer questions, we would stay here again.

We decided last minute to take a short, family getaway while our busy summer schedules allotted us a little vacation time. Our family of 6 (4 boys) loved this amazingly accommodating and stocked cabin. It was so well furnished that we realized we could’ve saved even more luggage space because the cabin already had it! HUGE plus for such a large family. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The owners are so friendly, engaging, and quick responsive. Absolutely no complaint other than we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this cabin or any property owned by this couple. We will be back!

Everything was clean, and we were so comfortable. Plenty games to play outside/inside. We watched the light bugs at night and the deer in the early morning.

Had a great stay and the property is lovely. We had a small issue the day we checked in but the owners took care of it within a couple hours and our little holiday getaway was great. Stayed there with my husband, mother in law and our tiny 5lb. chihuahua. Would definitely recommend.

We rented this property for our anniversary weekend and it was beautiful inside and out, it was super clean and had everything we needed to stay for just a few days. We would love to come back and stay with some friends. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts where amazing with everything to check in and anything we needed during the stay.

Really enjoyed our little weekend gateway to Broken Bow. The Cabin is perfectly located, close to town but also close to so many pretty places inside of Broken Bend Park. The Cabin is beautiful and has everything you could need to feel comfortable and have fun.

We took our three kids (ages 5-8) here for a reset post-Christmas, and this cabin gave us everything we needed! It was super clean-- games were provided, including a foosball table. The hot tub is always a hit with the kids. We cooked three meals in the cabin, and everything we needed was provided (we took our own paper plates to make our lives easier). It's close to our favorite hike by the river, and we still felt like we had a lot of space to ourselves-- the kids loved exploring behind the cabin. Thanks for a sweet time! PS Loved the Christmas tree, too!

Rocky Road cabin is located close to all the restaurants ,Beavers Bend State Park and the casino. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the fantastic fireplace area !

The Rocky Road cabin is close to Beavers Bend Park, restaurants, rentals, trails, & shops. Back of the cabin is secluded for use of the fire place, family games and hot tub. Cabin comes w/ amenities for instant hominess. We enjoyed our stay!

We would rent again. The location was ideal for visiting the state park and also getting to local restaurants. Had every modern convenience you could want. We enjoyed the hot tub and games. My kids did not want to leave because they enjoyed their spaces so much.

Our family decided last minute to get away for Fall Break! We sure are glad we did! We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The kids were excited to each have a big bed to themselves! No major issues, but I did need to contact the owner to locate something…. The response was quick and helpful.

Our family of 4 was visiting the area for the first time and this rental was perfect, pictures and descriptions were accurate and the property was beautiful. It was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed. The kids enjoyed all the little games and things to do outside and of course we all enjoyed the hot tub! Loved our stay. Also pay attention to the note in their description about the high incline driveway! We had a 4x4 truck so it wasn’t a problem, but if you aren’t in a bigger vehicle do yourself a favor and get some good momentum going up because it is on an incline.

This cabin is breathtaking!! Two bedroom with an extra bed in the loft along with a foosball table and half bath. The master bedroom has a private door to access the beautiful wrap around porch and hot tub. The kitchen has all the essential cookware, silverware, and coffee station. The island seats 5. Right off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. This cabin is located right outside of the park. A short drive to the activities and swimming area.
If you are looking for a place with beautiful breathtaking views, great amenities, and a modern feel, look no further. The host is attentive and is quick to respond to any questions. They even recommended the best places to visit. I highly recommend for and family, or couples vacation. This cabin exceeded our expectations.
