Warm months feature plenty of golf, hiking, mountain biking, and boating opportunities in nearby Dillon Reservoir, and in the winter, you can walk right to the Copper Mountain lifts. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming, modern space, with lots of mountain-themed art and a natural-stone gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the cooler months. The full kitchen offers a gleaming set of stainless steel appliances and all the counter space you need to prep full meals or snacks for the slopes. Call a spot on the leather couch at the end of the day to stream your favorite shows, upload the day’s pics to social media with the in-home WiFi, or head back down to the hot tub to soothe tired muscles. Call it an early night in the well-appointed bedroom – those slopes won’t ski themselves. RESORT AMENITIES -Hot tub -Sauna -Gym THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guests’ accounts. There is an elevator in the building. Shared laundry facilities are available. A double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Please note that Tucker Mountain Lodge 307a may be rented with Tucker Mountain Lodge 307b as Tucker Mountain Lodge 307 to accommodate up to 6 guests. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The keys that we got at the lockbox did not work. We spent nearly two hours making multiple phone calls to Vacasa reps to get ahold of someone local. Eventually once it escalated to a local operations manager, we were given the Vacasa office code to retrieve master keys. It was disappointing to deal with this check in drama on such a short trip.

Overall, location couldn't be much better but the bed needs updated as it sinks in the center and the bedroom gets very hot at night even though the heat is set low.
