Nestled in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $453 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. “Southern Star” is truly the best of both worlds! This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single family home is located on the desirable southern end of Wrightsville Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Public sound access is just a few steps from your front door, which makes launching kayaks and paddle boards a breeze, and the beach access is a block away. Upon entering the home, you are instantly reminded that you are on vacation by the welcoming and cheerful décor that boasts neutral sea tones and an open floor plan that is perfect for families! The living area has a large comfy sectional and flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV and Netflix so you can stream all your favorite shows. There is a large kitchen table that can expand if desired and bar seating that leads you into the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. A large chef’s pantry for storing groceries gives you all the storage necessary to make wonderful family meals in the convenience of your own home. Just off the main living area are two guest bedrooms, one bedroom with a full bed and the other with a queen bed. Both are tastefully decorated and there is a twin trundle available for groups or families that need varying sleeping arrangements (linens must be added via the rental contract and occupancy cannot exceed 8 people). Moving past the dining area is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and laundry area. At the end of the hall is another guest room with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The master is across the hall and is outfitted with a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, and large flat screen TV. There is a deck off the back of the home that leads you to the enclosed backyard and outdoor shower. This great family home has covered parking for 1 to 2 vehicles and plenty of covered space to store beach equipment or just relax in the shade after a long day of fun in the sun. Occupancy: 8. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3-4 vehicles. Garage not included with rental. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W527 – Southern Star” as a vacation rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was in nice condition and very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very open floor plan nice and airy. Nice front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy. Loved the below house area on ground floor for gathering and playing games, like corn hole. We all had a very nice time here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean. We had a large group and were comfortable around the large sofa in the living area and large dining table. There were not enough outdoor seats on the porch and patio for everyone; only two chairs on the upper porch and two chairs in the garage patio. The mattresses were all nice, however not many extra blankets or pillows. The exta pillows in the master were obviously the owner's pillow, not clean and no pillow cases available. No seafood utensils to eat crab legs in the kitchen. Very little extras in the house.
