You'll be a short drive from a number of museums, beautiful beaches, Mashpee Commons, golf courses, and nature preserves. Inside, this air-conditioned home is open, sunny, and thoughtfully furnished, with the main living area on the middle of the three floors. There's a formal living room illuminated by a large window, an adjacent dining room, and sliding doors that lead outside to an expansive, tree-lined deck. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a wine fridge), opening to a breakfast bar for four and a den with a flatscreen TV. In the evenings, retreat downstairs to the finished, walk-out basement, where you'll find a comfortable sectional sofa, another TV, a table that's perfect for board games, a desk workspace, and a cozy bunk nook. The three bedrooms, meanwhile, are upstairs on the third floor. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This a lovely home. Inside and outside living areas were sparkling clean. Everywhere you look, the home and furnishings looked brand new. The decor was tasteful and modern, fitting for a sea coast area. Everything we could want was supplied, beds in abundance, sheets, towels, LOTS of bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable areas to relax upstairs and down. The neighborhood homes were immaculate, the neighbors friendly and Mashpee pond was a short 3 minute walk down the street. All of us enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful home unfortunately unable to use the front door entry system either dead batteries or an issue with it. Lots of room nice furniture. Nice kitchen. Electricity in neighborhood went out and no flashlights .

Lake access is 2 min walk, sandy beach and beautiful lake perfect for swimming and paddle boarding Ocean beaches are just 15-20 min drive Grocery stores and restaurants are close House is in great condition, clean and comfortable Perfect for a large family with kids

Birch Grove had plenty of space for the whole family and our dog. It's a great space that allowed us to watch moves and play games together but also let everyone spread out for some alone time. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and the neighborhood with the beach at the end of the street was perfect.

Centrally located. 2 great towns and beach 20 minutes away. Clear lake you can swim in. House clean, able to check in early. Front yard needed to be mowed and resolved with one phone call. This house has so many places to sleep! I had a hard time working oven but otherwise kitchen had everything.

This home was cleaner than the first home we rented, however, that’s not saying very much. While my cleaning fee was refunded and we were allowed to change homes, the houses pictured online are very misleading. The house was very worn and not clean. Floors unswept, master shower broken in pieces and freezer drawer was broken, so it was constantly leaking water on the floor. Over all very disappointed in rental for the money we spent.

The house was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom was so luxurious with a great bathtub for soaking under the stars. The location was also perfect for beaches, shopping at the commons and bike riding. There's a nice lake right by the house that was perfect for kayaking or a morning cup of coffee. I went in the fall when the weather was perfect, the crowds were gone and parking at the beach was a breeze. Dogs are also permitted on the beach after Labor Day. I had a wonderful stay and plan to return in the future.

Our family of 5 and dog had a lovely time staying at this home. The location is great and the home décor is beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had an issue during our stay with the ice maker leaking all over the kitchen floor and creating a dangerous wet tile situation. Luckily our daughter found it and let us know so no one slipped on the wet tile. We contacted VACASA and they came by right away. They weren't able to do anything and said it needed replacing. We shut it off and it didn't leak again. We let them know that the gate was hanging on by a thread and they said they'd note it. So beware of the ice maker & gate. Some nitpicky feedback: The home was not as stocked as we're used to in VRBOs; especially the kitchen. We'd love to see measuring cups & spoons added along with a strainer and more plates so guests don't have to wash dishes so often. One towel, hand towel & wash cloth per person wasn't enough. We had to do laundry a few times during our stay to have clean towels. There were several light bulbs missing too, so 5 of the inside lights weren't working. The outside trash & recycle bins were full when we arrived and did not get picked up during our stay - the smell was quite strong. We're assuming these are all kinks that will be worked out eventually as this is a new rental. While these issues did not significantly detract from our stay, they were surprising given the higher price point of this home. We'd still recommend the home. It was beautiful and with the few tweaks mentioned above it would have been perfect.
