You will not be disappointed. It’s is exactly as promised, the view is amazing. The hot tub is perfect after a long day is sight seeing. It was a fabulous stay.

We had a great stay in Jeff and Katerina's apartment. It is in a fantastic location - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to go to in the city, and to nearby cool local restaurants and bars. The place itself is sparkling clean, and we appreciated the small touches like coffee being provided. The Acropolis is visible from the living room and balcony, which makes the place very special. Jeff and Katerina had excellent communication before and during the stay, which was greatly appreciated. Check in was a breeze. The only negative is we stayed over the weekend when the clubs in the neighborhood play very loud music until 5AM. Jeff and Katerina provided ear plugs, but this still did little to keep the noise down. Knowing that, we still would have stayed given the location, but it may be a challenge for those that are light sleepers.

Steps from the Metro. Easy journey on the Metro from the airport - single line, no changes. Penthouse is close to restaurants. Walking distance to Ermou street and central Athens. The apartment was clean and modern. The decor is to the highest standards. The Acropolis is visible from the main sitting room and the master bedroom. Wonderful to wake up to. I would stay at the penthouse again!

We had an awesome time at Gazi Penthouse! The property is beautiful, very clean, and very well appointed. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi on the wrap-around balcony with the amazing views of the Acropolis. The penthouse is in a great location - we were able to walk to several restaurants and a grocery store. The hosts, Jeff and Katerina were so thoughtful and easy to work with. They helped us arrange transportation and gave us great recommendations. The entire process of booking / checking-in/out was very easy and went smoothly. We highly recommend this amazing property!

I came to Athens with my two teenaged children to see the sites. Iris Penthouse is located close to everything. The Metro stop was a 3 min walk away and all the sites were 2 stops at most. The condo is amazing and has great views. Be prepared for noise on weekend nights but otherwise amazing. Jeff was an amazing host - he kept in touch and even helped us get a taxi from the airport. We would 100% stay here again. Top notch.

The fabulous apartment was exactly as the pictures indicated. The view of the Acropolis was stunning. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring Athens. Central location enabled us to walk or train to where we wanted to go. Jeff and Katrina were amazing hosts. Always answered any questions we had within minutes. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I am in Athens or recommend to others.

The 4th floor penthouse in the Gazi neighborhood was a great find for our group. It is stylish, clean and relaxing. The view of the Acropolis at night was amazing. Jeff was great with all the details and communicating during our entire stay and also helped us with transport to and from the airport. The nightlife around the area is vibrant and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The city center is a nice 1.5 mile walk. Don’t hesitate to book here.

My wife and I stayed at this residence a week before boarding a cruise. The check in process was incredibly easy. The location was great for us to do all the sightseeing in Athens. The location of the unit is great with many restaurants and bars in the area while also being within walking distance of all of the tourist attractions. However, the best part about our stay was the communication with the management. We had no issues, but the text communication with the management was very convenient. We could tell the owners of this unit genuinely care about the quality of their unit.

#1 our hosts Jeff & Katerina are the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Their property is breathtaking, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We were two couples and it was perfect for us. They helped us with transport and basically anything we needed. Thank you both so very much. Be prepared because this is located in Gazi which is a "happening" place so the music and excitement is every night !

Excellent stay in lovely apartment. Hosts are attentive and regularly in contact. Apartment is spotlessly clean with great amenities. Balcony and hot tub very good and view of Acropolis a delight. Located perfect to reach all sites of interest and also close to many good bars and restaurants. Loved our stay here and would recommend to all.

First I must say that Jeff and Katerina are excellent hosts and super helpful in making your stay memorable. View of Acropolis is excellent from the large wrap around balcony with motorized awnings and Jacuzzi. Property is brand new, well maintained, super clean. Large sliders to balcony add to open feel or motorized shades if you want privacy. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds , kitchen and laundry all well stocked and top shelf. Close to Metro, 2 stops from Parliament/Acropolis(actually the hill, Parthenon is building)/Plaka restaurants/shopping. 15 minute walk to Psirri. Gazi is lively happening place! Clubs open at 23:30 and close 5:30 to 8:00 and you might hear a little music. Feel 30 but all 60+ in age... no problem for us, great Energy/Vibe but if you want tranquil garden setting, this is not. Wanted to go to club but afraid we would scare them wondering whose grandparents showed up!
