Shortly after check in we found the key card didn't work. So my son got another...got upstairs only to find it didn't work. We were running late for a family function and upon return stopped to get another key card. Thinking we'd go in and get a good night's rest only to find out the key card didn't work. Again, go to the counter to get another get upstairs to find out it doesn't work, either.
We were then informed that the battery for the keypad was dead. We then waited for maintenance to come recharge the keypad. We finally made it to bed around 11pm, I asked for some type of compensation but was told batteries dying is normal and that even if he could compensate me he couldn't because I reserved through a third party...dirty rooms are normal but I don't expect to be ok with sleeping in one.
The dead battery should have been identified prior to handing over three key cards.

This was a good hotel for the cost. Main desk service was very nice and easy to work with.
Only issue we had was that the hotel room was the condition. All the outlets were hanging out of the walls—screws had fallen out of the sheet rock. Also toilet was a slow flusher and stopped up easily.
Other than that it was decent for the price.

I loved the stay and everyone was so kind

Hotel building from outside looks super outdated and cheap. I’ve seen motels that look way better. You definitely won’t impress anyone you bring here. The inside of the hotel was not much better than the outside. Respectfully, this hotel needs to catch up to modern times.

The hotel was clean the front desk hotel clerk was too sluggish and slow . The breakfast buffet was too expensive . It was not worth as a buffet of $15 per person. Not enough selections. The only protein was a non crispy bacon.

First, the front desk staff was not friendly or customer service oriented at all. I asked about the pool and the front desk guy had no idea and pointed to where it was. Got there and the pool was closed with a sign 'sorry for inconvenience'.. Why would your first point of contact not know that? When you asked them where the bathroom was in the lobby, they just pointed. Bathroom shower needed fixing, the bathroom door didn't shut, the refrigerator froze our food. When you turned it down at all, it didn't work. No microwave. BUT the pillows were amazing!!

The staff was very friendly. We didn’t have any issues during the stay. The elevator carpet could using a good steam cleaning. The rooms were clean. The hotel location is within 15 minutes of shopping and dining, but without the traffic issues.

They enter your room without you being there. Invading your privacy. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they want you to pay a $75 deposit each dog. I had 2 small dogs and on top of that they lied and said that my 2 dogs had peed and popped on top of the bed that was too high for my dogs to even get up on top of and then refused to give us keys to the room that we had already paid for. A clear invasion of our privacy and blatant disregard and disrespect for our privacy.

Food was good rooms were outdated dirty

The first room we were put in didn’t have a bathroom door, the second room didn’t have any trash cans. When asked house keeping for cleaning or fresh towels we were told we had to request those with the front desk by 8:00pm the night before. So our room was never cleaned our entire stay. There were no on site trash cans to empty our trash and the ice machine on the second floor didn’t work.

It was a great hotel. Comfortable beds, clean room and the staff were so accommodating and nice. We will definitely stay again.
Restaurant on site made life easier and the buffet breakfast option was better than expected. Also, having access to snacks and meds was so convenient as we arrived after a hectic day needing OTC meds and dinner

The hotel had a bad smell and there where big bugs in my room. The hotel charged my room when I paid with my credit card. I’ve never received my deposit and it’s been a month.

Ac was broken the first night. Maintanance man never showed up so we had to request to be moved to another room. The rooms are poorly lit and the rooms smelled musky.

Greeted nicely by staff with a quick and easy check in.The first thing I noticed was the elevator smelled of urine. I stayed in room 205.Very dark lighting even with all the lights on!The box spring under the mattress is filthy. Also the floor of the shower was dirty, and I had to keep on my sandals on when showering.I would've added pictures but I totally forgot.

The staff is very very rude and condescending for no reason! Plus, a house keeper man walked in our room without knocking or announcing his self! Will not be returning.

Checkin was fine, staff was friendly. Lobby was very nicely updated. Completely different than the rest of the property. The carpet in the elevators was very dirty. The hallway was dark and damp smelling. Our room had a damp smell with lots of moisture around the windows. The bathroom had been “updated”. But the toilet handle was broken, and the ceiling had bubbles of what I’m assuming was moisture. It just seemed liked the updating was very cheaply done, & overall the hotel just needed some serious updating to the hallways and had maintenance issues all around.

I’m surprised for a Hilton that is looks so drab. The lobby with 2 ugly chairs and a desk lamp in the corner is weak. Outside is worse: some with planters with only rocks in them. Needs some appeal. Rooms are ok, worse artwork I’ve ever seen. No food after 9:30 am until 5 and horrible coffee in the room.

Jay really saved the ratings. He was the only staff member to actually help. There was a roach in my room. He called someone to come up but no one ever came. He then came up himself to kill it. After trying, he just changed my room. He opened the door to a new room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Mind you, this was well past 8 or 9 pm. He finally came back up to move me again. For the most part, I enjoyed my stay…but when it comes to staffing and customer service… Jay will make me actually consider staying again.
