Our stay was very good! Everyone was friendly. The room was very clean! Our only complaint was we were told when we first checked in that there was a safe in room for valuables. No safe in #333

It was a couple trip but only had 2 queen beds available…no housekeeping in between the days…I do like the parking garage option to park. It would be fabulous it had had free breakfast. Breakfast was $22.00.

Absolutely phenomenal. They have a rooftop bar restaurant on the fifth floor service was amazing. The room was super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is definitely in the top 5%.

Overall the stay was a 9/10 for me only because I booked through a third party site and the complimentary breakfast was not included. However the hotel in and of itself was GREAT, clean, quiet, and the staff were very welcoming and nice all around and great location as well 10/10.

The stay overall was good! Far as cleanliness and customer service! However the refrigerator in my room 414 and the ice machine on the 4th floor did not work! Also I booked the room for location and the indoor pool and the pool was not in service😞! The room walls are very thin it seems as if the elevator was in my room I heard every time it moved! I was only there 1night so it was tolerable. Also still haven’t received my holding deposit for damages!

This hotel was in a great location. Right off freeway and easy to get around. Most important the room was incredibly clean, felt brand new! Free parking in their garage was convenient to elevators. No breakfast but that just made it nice to eat at near by cafe, Crema. Hotel in general was quiet and staff was wonderful.

My stay was great! Very clean (room, lobby and surrounding area). Its located near a gas station which is good for late night snacks and drinks. The staff was always friendly and willing to help out.

The staff were excellent. Entrance from the parking garage to the rooms is convenient. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The halls and rooms were clean, the heating and air worked well. We didn’t try the restaurant, but the guests seemed to be having fun. The indoor pool is open until 11pm which, to be honest, will help make this hotel a front runner the next time my family heads to Atlanta.

So we did have some issues with the elevator not working but someone was out and a hour and fix it. But we stayed on the fourth floor so them stairs was nothing to play with. The restaurant at the top was good but did not tell us it’s was no refill so we had to pay 4.50 and did not know until the bill came.

When got to the property they didn’t have my reservation. Expedia did not contact me that Holiday inn sold the property to Spice and Sky… I will never use Expedia again…

Yolanda at front desk was amazing and so friendly!!! She made us feel welcome. I only gave 4 star on the service becasue the next morning Duna was very unpleasant and not friendly in any way.

Wedding on 5th floor was easily heard down on the third floor. Noise continued until midnight. Receptionist when I first arrived was kind of dismissive (Duna). Told me to leave and come back later after telling me to go sit in the lobby and she’d help after she assisted other people who came after me. I waited about 15 minutes before booking through Expedia myself. The receptionist the morning I left was phenomenal. Made checkout a breeze. Thankful for the hotel manager as he was able to assist Duna with getting me checked in. Hotel was clean, grounds were pretty decent. Some trash in the parking area underground, but no big deal to me.

Newer hotel. Great customer service at the front and in the bar/ restaurant. They are no longer an IHG property; currently Independent. I hope they transition to another one (for hotel points).
