Missing light bulbs remote for the tv batteries kept falling out deadbolt wouldn't lock on the door pillows were flat

When I arrived the front desk stated there were no rooms available yet. (this was 1pm). She stated they were having difficulties getting guests to check out on time. once a room became available, she was able to check me in.

We almost always try to stay at Hampton Inns. This one was bare bones and not the standard we are accustomed to in previous locations.
It would also be nice in all Hampton Inns if there was a selection of pillows for firmness with all the pillows provided.

The lobby was nice. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite good and the attendant kept it super clean. The hallways had a bad smell. Maybe weed? The rooms are outdated. The bathroom had 1/3 of a roll of TP sitting on the back of the toilet. No holder, seemed odd. Couldn’t get the TV to work. Told the front desk when we were checking out and he said the channels don’t work before 24. Odd again. The outlet for the TV had no cover. Seems like it would be very dangerous with a small child. I would stay somewhere else if stopping in Atlanta again.

One night for a football game, okay for one night, bathroom wall appeared to have wet & warped Sheetrock, bathroom vanity not level, lavatory didn’t have a stopper, air conditioner made noise, room dated, no USB ports for charging

On my 23 day road trip throughout US NE States we v stayed at mostly Hamptons Inn an for a reason...usually the buildings are very clean . This one is by far the worst ever!! The carpets are disgusting, hair in the shower, shower gel canister completely empty, no hair dryer loby cofee bar depleated and hot water jug at room temperature, luggage cart only 2 for the whole establishment w deflated tires and loose frames. I can go on

Hotel was out of soap and body wash. One bed in room had broken frame and could not lay on it. Half used bag of Kibbles and Bits dog food was next to microwave. Sink had no stopper and a few objects stuck in drain. Not much water pressure in shower. Water did not get very hot in shower. Staff did not seem to care very much about the issues.

The front desk staff was excellent; but, the lobby smelled like marijuana, the halls and elevators were dingy. I got eat up by bed bugs. Yuck !!!

There was mold in the hallways and room and Hanna was very allergic to it so they checked out early

Everyone was really friendly, the hot breakfast was amazing! The room was clean but the bathroom tub floor and hallway carpets were not.
Great for the price and conveniently located!

The first room we were assigned had a malfunctioning AC unit, the manager quickly got us assigned another unit, came to the room with new keys and assisted us with moving our items to a new room. I really appreciated all of that effort. The second room was nice and cool, we were in town for a concert, when we returned to our room it was refreshing and we slept so well. Would definitely stay here again!

Room 320 smelled like mildew and we were moved to room 300 and the door looked like someone had tried to break in previously. There was no shade on the window that faced the road in room 300.
The breakfast served hot juice and when asking staff for ice the staff was very short and said ice is at the ice machine around the corner.

It was fairly close to the stadium. We arrived at 3:20 pm and the room wasn't ready until 4pm. We wanted to be at the park at 430 but arrived a little after due to this

So I arrive at the hotel. Nobody at desk which was ok because maybe he had to take something up. Then he started to check my reservation. Another guest came out of his room and said that the person that checked him earlier said he can check back around 3 to see if he can get an additional room. So the fd agent then asked me if I need two bed or one. I booked two beds. Which was understandable to be given to the guest who had his family when it was only my lady and I . So he gave the guest the room. Then proceeds to check me in, now he neglected to inform me that the king he has was occupied earlier and they complained about the ac not working. I know that I was only there just for 8 hrs but that information should have been brought up before I gave up my room which probably had ac. So we went to the room accompanied by the agent, he asked if it ok , at this point with no rooms available in the surrounding area I had no other choice but to accept the room. It was bearable for the 1st hour then the heat came full force. So at this point my wife decided to get up and start getting ready for her flight. She attempted to shower and the nob to turn on water fell off. I dropped her off to the airport came back to the hotel and decided to just stay in my car with ac then later went up to room to shower and check out. I just wish that I would have been told before I gave the room away then give me the option but he checked inn room got my incidentals pymt and told me after the fact.

They over booked for the weekend and instead of the 2 queen beds we paid for we were given a 1 king for 4 people. Would not recommend

The service at this location left a lot to be desired. We drove 7 hours to Atlanta due to a delayed flight that was later cancelled. The hotel was called around 10pm advising that we would be sure to make our reservation (that we payed for starting earlier that day) but we wouldn’t be arriving until the early hours of following day due to the unforeseen delays. When we finally arrived to the hotel, I was encountered with the fact that our two queen bed reservation had been given away and three people were expected to sleep on one king bed. We were too tired to go find another hotel at that time so we agreed to take what we could get. The staff advised that they would be on the lookout for a room with two beds the following morning, there was no f/u made nor any indication that they cared after that. We were also missing full toiletry supplies in the bathroom as well. Very disappointing stay for the name and price of the hotel.

June 16-17. Room 237. Checked in very late didn’t have time to examine sheets. Mid day 2nd day noticed stains on sheets that looked gross. Switched to second bed that night. Wanted to take shower around 3pm on 17th. No hot water. Just took a quick rinse. Wife wouldn’t take cold shower but water was hot when we returned from Braves game at 8. Left for Nashville at 645 on 18th. Woke up that day at 6. NO HOT WATER!!! Had reservations in Nashville that day. Couldn’t wait for fix just rinsed off miserably and quickly. Went to front desk to explain the situation. Showed guy at front desk the pictures of the stains. Told him my wife and I just took 2 cold showers at 6am. Told him I expected more of a hotel that charged me $244 per night. Asked what he could do. I just got a questioning look and he told me his manager would be in at 7 and confirmed my email address and would contact me about any adjustments. An hour later I got an email of the bill $488 dollars for two nights. No sorry, no here is a small discount for taking a cold shower and dirty sheets. Nothing. Dirty sheets. Cold showers. Take it to the front desk and nothing happens. You were given the chance to right a wrong Hampton. I gave you the opportunity to make make a customer happy. Big fail and I’m out $488 for cold showers and dirty sheets. Avoid this hotel.

Staff was not accommodating. A/C was not working correctly and their only solution was more Hilton points. Did not offer a refund or any other solution.

Staff. Wow. Precious was professional and exactly what a lot of the workplace are missing now days. Super engaged and just a joy to walk into and feel someone enjoys what they do.

Fire alarm at 6:00 am, false alarm. The 2nd floor smelled strongly of Marijuana, the shower appeared to have not been cleaned very well. Spilled bath gel and the little bath gel bottle left in the shower.

We had a great stay. Awesomely pleasant staff. The breakfast was ample, and check-in and out times very convenient. Will definitely stay again!

We liked the location, the facility itself was clean, the lobby is small, the elevators are old and not easy to find, the breakfast offering was excellent.
The staff we dealt with were awful and reflect badly on your brand. The desk clerk was slow to respond to our standing at the desk, somewhat rude in telling us that "check-in time is 3:00' (we knew that!). She gave us keys that didn't work, was not friendly when we asked for new keys, and seemed flustered when the small lobby filled up with 10-12 guests checking in.
The room was okay, the bed comfortable, and there was no soap in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is clearly aging and in need of a refresh. It is not quite up to what we've come to expect from the Hyatt/Hampton flag. And most certainly the front desk staff is in need of ordinary good manners, training in handling guests questions, and providing assistance to guests.
