booked this hotel through Expedia, got the confirmation email and booking reference number. Upon arrival on February 7, 2023 the receptionist indicated that there was no reservation for me at this hotel. The manager said Expedia did not make the booking with the hotel. I spoke was an agent at Expedia who indicated that the Fairfield Inn had issues with the faucet in the two rooms that I booked. Eventually was offered another hotel at another location from Expedia since Fairfield Inn was booked out due to a conference. This is totally unacceptable, it was late, we drove for 12 hrs and to realize that no reservation was made even though I had the confirmation email and booking reference. Fairfield Inn I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. horrible experience, inconvenience caused since 3 families were split up, had to pay for parking at new hotel and for breakfast at new hotel. Totally

Stay was horrible. Air conditioning did not work. We called front desk and she said to wait 5 mins. By that time we were so tired we settled in. Couldn’t sleep. Left at 5:30am. Asked for refund haven’t heard anything yet

We’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed every stay! The Front Desk service is very friendly and excellent! Always helpful! It’s an older hotel, but we appreciate that it’s safe, clean and comfortable. Their continental breakfast has a nice variety & no complaints. The fact we’re return customers speaks for itself.

The staff was very friendly upon checking in,throughout our stay and checking out. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody else and we definitely will be staying there again!!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly. The lobby area was clean and they had constant cleaning throughout the day. Room was clean and comfortable. The outside needs some repair the sign on the front of the property had one on the letters dangling. But it was a very nice place to stay.

I booked a king room online for 5 days. Online it shows a tub/shower combo. When I checked in, they told me there was no such thing. No understanding on their part. We got to breakfast last 8:47a and they were already closing up. We were told we should have gotten there earlier. Customer service lacking and hotel very dated.

Things were good for the most part. We worked until 2:30am and got in bed and at 5:15 am were evacuated for a fire alarm and did not get a reason for it, there was no fire. 😟

Everything was great! Friendly staff. Even though it is off the interstate, it was nice and quiet. This is our second stay there. I would stay again when we come to the Braves game!
