I stay here regularly when I visit family in the area. It is reliable, responsive, and by far the best place to stay on the East side near the interstates. The rooms are clean and well maintained or new; the restaurant is very good; the fitness center is well maintained and has everything you need. Easy free parking. I highly recommend it.

The staff are always wonderful every time I stay here.

We arrived for a birthday party. This place is huge!! It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed watching the football game and basketball game at the same time with the 3 televisions at the bar. I would have enjoyed a little more foot choices at the bar.

I stay here when ever I visit Indy Its close to downtown always very very clean and if you have any questions or concerns they are on it immediately! I love the customer service at this location!

Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was far from that. Called to order food and was on hold for around 20 minutes and no one came back to the phone. Hung up and front desk took my order to help me out. Picked up food and it was wrong and I had to go back downstairs and get the rest of my order. Got a baked potato and was given no utensils to eat with and ordered a cheeseburger and got absolutely no condiments with it. Restaurant definitely needs some work. Food and service was terrible. For paying $50 for 2 small meals you’d think you get utensils and some condiments.

Expidia booked a room that was not there when i arrived for check in. Check in person could have cared less to help me.

Traffic noise

We stayed for the B1G Championship game. Arrived near 1AM immediately after the game to discover they had our reservation but no room available for us. This was despite my coming into the hotel in person 12 hours earlier to pre-check in and confirming my credit card, ID and getting a parking pass for their lot with the desk clerk. She informed me that our room wasn't ready at 1PM (as expected) so we had no key cards or room number given to us (also as expected). The night clerk took 20 min including determining that all the hotels immediately around them had no rooms either. Eventually, to his credit, he gave us a room that had been assigned to someone else who hadn't shown up yet which probably caused problems for him with someone else later. We did not get the king bed room we booked as a result but at least we had somewhere to sleep. Further irritating, the cleaning staff left the alarm turned on which went off somewhat early and they stocked the coffee maker with only decaffeinated coffee.

Other then having to pay for parking $9 and breakfast was $23 for one person is was a good hotel.

Wonderful hotel!

Well, Imessed up. I showed up a day early for my reservation but the check-in staff was excellent and moved my reservation! The room was comfortable but, it seemed to have paper thin walls as i could hear guests talking either in the next room or in the hallway.

Nice room, very dated. This is like the clearance version of The Marriotts in Indianapolis. The hotel staff was great and friendly.

There is very little choice in a 5 mile radius for restaurants. The area is not that safe. Check in was easy and fast.

Very clean and customer service was excellent

I would like to file a complaint. When we got there they charged a $50 deposit fee that it did not say anywhere on Travelocity, the hotel’s website, or on the hotel’s app. They also charged for any wifi that wasn’t spotty, didn’t give any wifi passwords

Never had a chance to stay. When I arrived was notified they overbooked the hotel and did not have any rooms for me. When I asked what are you going to do to fix the situation they eventually found us another Marriott that had room about 20 minutes away. Was very frustrating but in the end they did take care of things.

The pillow and bedding smelled like urine to the point i acould not SLEEP. The room was covered in dust. There was urine all over in the bathroom.

My choice for this stay was based mainly on having a restaurant on property. The waitress was doing her best. The problem was the bar service “terrible”. I know the response now a days is “we’re having trouble getting good help”. If you are charging a premium price for “goods and services” deliver.

Nice facility

The staff was great the issue the people in room 249 scream and hollered all night long. They made these noises for 5 hours straight where didn’t get any sleep. Other room were yelling to tell them to be quiet

NO HOT WATER

We were only at the hotel for a very short stay, however staff were friendly and the premises was clean and appeared well run. There was security in the parking lot and it was close to the highway (but still quiet in the room

The property was a little dated. It could use some new carpeting, etc.

The room we had was terrible. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train when it turned on. Room had a musty smell and felt dirty. Wall paper was peeling off the wall. Carpet was snagged and coming up. This room is in desperate need of a remodel. Not synonymous with Marriott brand.
