Quick 1 night stay. We've stayed here before and had a great experience and this time was great as well except now they've updated there rooms! Was Very Impressed!! Bed slept great! Clean Sheets! Great water pressure!! Would stay here again! Recommend!!

This hotel is amazing as always I always stay here when I overnight or briefly visiting for a night. I get friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast. Can’t ask for more!

Why stay at a hotel near the airport? You are on a short trip and you want quick and easy access to the airport, the pickup to an hour. When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the front desk “I don’t know why it took so long, I didn’t get the call!” It was time to leave at 8:23am fire the airport, the front desk says “ oh it’s too late to call the shuttle for 8:30 you’ll have to wait until 9:00” I will never stay at this location ever again, It’s staff couldn’t care less.

Room not ready at 3pm check-in time. Told to wait in lobby and we would be told when room available. Cleaning of room would be expedited. After about 30 minutes, I inquired at desk and was told room was ready and then was checked in.

Just stay for the night, had a early flight the next morning. Walking distance to a good Mexican restaurant. Would stay again if needed.

Staff was friendly and knowledgable, decent breakfast buffet. Never got hot water in bathroom sink, carpet was torn and poor patch job. Now time shuttle service to airport. Yes we would stay there again. Next year will become a Marriott property.

Overall for the price it was good. I didn’t understand the housekeeping it was different for our 3 rooms on different floors. Maybe they need a checklist. They did take out the trash and provide new towels. There was not many restaurants nearby but we were out anyways. The breakfast was great there were different options. It was really close to the highway.

This hotel is very run down and dirty. My feet were black after walking around on the carpet. The carpet had sticky spots as well. The dresser was falling apart and you could hear the planes taking off even with a sound machine on. The staff were friendly but the hotel is filthy. Pool was closed during our stay as well. Parking cost an extra $10 as well. About 11mins from the airpor but I will not stay here again

I stayed here for 2 days this past week, the front desk service was great! Both the young lady and the young man who I spoke with were Very hospitable and very professional! I forgot to ask their names, but they were both tall lol. I had a long, crazy summer and just needed some good vibes for a couple of days. & it was a success. Thank you for being so kind 🙏

This was an unexpected stay due to the hurricane. It was great that there was a quick shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff at the desk was professional, friendly and efficient. We had rooms in minutes. Rooms were spaciuos, clean and even had a small balcony for a little fresh air. The pool was a quiet place to sit and enjoy the weather. Conveniently next to McDonald's, Ihop and a nice texmex place.

There was a yellow/orange substance in the toilet. Not sure if it was cleaner or urine. The carpet had a “waxy” feel on it as well as being very humid in the room.

Only reason we booked here was because we was told they have 24 hr airport shuttle. We needed to be at the airport at 4AM the following morning of our stay. Upon check in we was told that shuttle service did not start until 4AM, so we just had to accept that or find other transportation. We decided to just be on the list to go first thing in the morning. Shuttle was not available til 430AM. Was not satisfied.

Dan and Ionna (if I spelled her name right) took care of me and my lady, truthfully top class customer service, if anyone does read this (and if they read this) thank you once again truly, we ever come back to Georgia this hotel will for sure be the one we go to again because of them, truly great, welcome home experience from them both.

The Hotel was nice . The connecting rooms are loud the persons tv was loud and at 3:00 am we called the front desk . The front desk person knocked at the door to get them to turn it down no success . Called 2nd time and finally the 3rd time they were going to move us not something I want to do at 3:00 am ! We beat the connecting door until they woke up and turned it off. But the hotel is very nice.

We returned from a long trip and didn't get in until very late. We were hoping to get the shuttle to the hotel but it never came. That was extremely disappointing and exhausting. Then they put us in a room right by the ice machine which sounded like heavy equipment. Not conducive to a goods nights rest. I doubt we will ever stay there again.

The room was dated: dark wood, 2 large photos of airplanes landing or landed. The window curtain had a large rip in it. The furniture is old but the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Well supplied with 2 bottles of. water, coffee and tea packets. Microwave and fridge. The bathroom was dated but clean. Well stocked with amenities. The towels were on the thin side and I could smell the bleach on them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough parking. There probably is enough for a regular night, but I was traveling for a concert. The hotel's proximity to Lakewood meant lots of concert goers were staying there so the parking spots filled up fast. But the front desk staff was able to help me find a solution so it turned out okay.
