The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the basement and is solely for this unit. PETS We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed. There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee. **We allow no more than 2 pets per booking. ? NO PARTIES No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. LONG TERM STAYS Reservations over a month long will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee. ? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
