First room was horrible with no working tv, 2nd room was like moving to a whole different hotel! Way nicer, cleaner, and smelled much better. So I guess it just depends on what room you get!

It was a non-smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. The bathtub was dirty and full of hair. The air conditioners are in poor condition and do not work. The beds were dirty and had a bad smell and were not comfortable at all.

Wonderful stay. Only drawback is there's a train that blows the horn at random times during the night. Traffic noise is a minimum. Indian fellow at the front desk isn't to friendly.

OK, I read the reviews for this hotel and will say they're very misleading. This hotel is fine for a night to get a good nights rest and go about your way. It's not the Taj Mahal but you're not paying for the Taj Mahal. People complain about the attitudes and responses of the hotel staff and all I can tell you is the type of people that work in these jobs, especially in the south, are for those who aren't used to it, sassy and "attitudy". If you can't handle that type of person don't eat at a fast food joint and don't stay at budget hotels in the south. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the tub was clean, nobody broke into my car, I saw nothing suspicious, got a good nights sleep, which is all I want from a budget hotel. Everything else is peripheral and unnecessary. All these folks that want a butler and maid for the price of a sleep cheap are never gonna be satisfied. I will stay here again if the need arises.

We waited 10 minutes at the front desk to even check in. Then we walk into a room that looked fine, but had filthy floors. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, hairs on the side of the tub and in the floor. Every bit of the floor around the baseboards had filth built up. The beds were at least clean but seems to be on metal boxes for bed frames. The people above us were obviously running a zoo that must’ve needed medication all night since we could only hear their alarms going off every 5 minutes. The zoo animals were also apparently training for the high jump since we could hear them running and bouncing off their metal boxes. I called the front desk around 12:30 and she acted like there was nothing she could do. She was supposedly going to call them. The sounds slowed a bit so we could fall asleep only to be awaken to a man and woman fighting and screaming. Then more alarms and beeping. Darn animals.

Front desk clear had attitude unfriendly, the noise of guest arguing, fighting, you can hear other guest conversation and other fictions through the walls. Poor cleaning.

If I have to resume, I'll say I was a nightmare. From bad service from a rude clerk ( African American woman) to no having towels at all at the room, except one dirty one behind the bathroom door, pubic hair at toilet, roaches, trash under bed, dirty sheets and not room service at all!!! When I came back at night from a day trip I found the room no made so I went to ask why to the clerk and she got an attitude with me, so I just asked for at least clean towels and left. So disappointed, no going back ever again!!! And if you are smart do not stop here, not worth even the room price!!!

They said the room has 2 wrens but they are doubles. There is a gap around the door that you can see light through which makes it noisy and difficult to warm the room. We had a man approach us in the parking lot asking for money. Very uncomfortable

Room was so dirty we had to change rooms. Hair all over, pubic hair all over the shower, dirty towels, urine etc. Second room was just as bad.

Staff was great at check in. Room seemed clean till I went in bathroom. Dirty footprint in the tub. I scrubbed that away. Then I pulled back the sheets and found blood on the sheet. Husband sat down in the white office chair and it was broke and flipped over backwards with him. Thankfully he was not hurt. The bed was on top of some type of metal frame so every time you moved the least bit it would pop very loudly and wake you up. Overall wouldn't stay again b/c I value my sleep and cleanliness over saving $20.

sheets looked clean and fresh. floor was very dirty. obviously they never mop it. front desk did their job while seated behind a desk. very unproactive and not a smile. transaction interupted by owner who needed 5 minutes of the receptionists time while i waited. (he was going somewhere). train noise late evening. neighbors a little noisy but that isnt super 8's fault. didnt see the breakfast area. never eat these. shower was broken. had to work to manipulate the water on/ff and hard to change temps. sketchy wiring behind desk. some outlets didnt work.

There was a weird smell . And the love seat was,stained. My sister has,been on intensive care for 23 day's. I bought a room 2 other times. And was nice. Hospital called and i had to stay with my sister after checking in. They would not give me a refund. Only thing i used was ashtray.

Despite all.the negative reviews, we found the room to be very clean, the bed was comfotable. The air conditioner and all the outlets worked fine. We did not have any trouble checking in or parking. Breakfast options were extremely limited though there was an offering of something to get on your stomach and vending machines.

We will never stay there again You are only allowed two pillows, two towels, two washcloths and two handtowels. Front desk suggested that I might go to Walmart and purchase a couple pillows. The floor was dirty. There were dead bugs in nearly every corner. The two hand towels were dirty and had makeup on the. The spread went to the floor as it was dirty. I told the frint desk about the dirty floor and that we were leaving for a few hours. When we returned some of the floor was cleaner. The bygs were still there. When we checked out the next morning, I nicely told the hitel manager about the bugs, dirty towels. He was very rude, shrugged his shoulders. He said oh well and a few other things. This property should not be under the Wyndham name. I can only imagine what conditions other rooms were in.

Did not expect anything but a hovel. The man checking me in was very friendly and helpful. I asked about a casino and he told me all I needed. Went to my room and to my surprise the room was 69 degrees and it was 105 degrees outside. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Housekeeping made up my room and replaced all that was needed. Very pleasant surprise. I will stay there again. Total bargain!

Our room was very nice. It was clean and looked like it had been recently updated except for the couch which was older and will probably be updated soon. The staff was very nice when we checked but morning clerk was not very personable.Even so we will probably stay there again when we are in the area.
