Good for one night stay. Main elevator not working had to walk down to end of hallway and then room at the end hallway. Shampoo and Conditioner too small of bottles nothing came out. Bathroom very small , toilet very close to toilet paper holder. Room clean and breakfast good. Older room.

It was fine. We are older so first floor was appreciated. Room and bath were clean! Ice maker on 1st floor out of order. Breakfast offerings were better than most hotels.

The hotel was super clean but the room was not in the greatest of upkeep, the security latch on our door was broken off. The main elevator was broken, and other little things that could have been fixed.

It was the worst stay ever.. the elevator broke with my friend and kids in it. The air did not work the toilet from the floor above flooded and water was dripping in the bathroom from the ceiling. The front desks was so rude.

Compare to Hampton in and similar others, this is not even close. In our room ac and way up to the ceiling. Even a taller guy needs a ladder. The bath is very smelly because there are 2 water passing hole. Super smelly from drain.

Got there at night, told No Breakfast tomorrow, cook sick, no sign at front desk, but 1&3rd floor ice maker out. Had to call Fr desk to find ice. Then I charged drink and food to room, later my adult son was told he would have to pay cash for snacks.

It was awful the bed was horrible and the air conditioning did not work. We woke up at 12 midnight and was burning up I called for help and they wanted to switch us to a different room with a double bed we was in a king size deluxe room. The toilet set was broke. I spent two hours in plugging the air conditioner and plugging it back up to get the room cool

Well, would you want to pay $125 for a night stay with breakfast included if the toilet seat slips to the side when you sit? Or you go down for breakfast at 915 on a saturday and there are no eggs or biscuits? Go back at 930 and still empty? No one in sight to ask either? We needed to get back on the road. The best western in texarcana was fantastic! The lady in the breakfast room was always there to talk to and make sure things were full. On the positive side the bed was vwry comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was noisy, air conditioning malfunctioning,there is not sound insulation from the highways, the constant noise does not let you sleep. At 3 AM an evacuation alarm activated, for no apparent reason. I don’t like to criticize, but it was a very bad experience. Thanks

Surprised for the price that the room was smaller than comparable other hotels. Bathroom was dated. The bed didn’t have regular sized pillows but rather, 4 throw pillow sized pillows. Still a good clean room and comfortable though.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. It was so small, you could jump from one side to the other. The wall looked like it had mildew/mold on it. The hallways smelled like weed covered up with bleach. The lobby was beautiful, but the actual room was awful. We talked to the man at the front desk and expressed our concerns. He gave us a “free upgrade” to a different room. This room looked like the pictures, but was still not very clean.

We booked the hotel for a one week stay; upon arrival the outside was well maintained and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once in our room, we had a 5 person sleeper, it was smaller than expected but ok. I did not like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was very small. It was an ok room just to sleep in. I always clean a room before we touch anything. In my cleaning I noticed a yellow stain on a blanket. Now I get that white can sometimes stain but please remove that before someone checks in. I was immediately given a new one though once I informed them. After two or three days, I asked for our towels and the trash to be replaced, they provided more towels but did not remove the trash or take the old towels. Breakfast was ok, again they could benefit from a larger space and more equipment so that you aren’t waiting so long for items. Example, there was only one waffle maker and one toaster. Overall I would give the hotel a 3 star rating. I would most likely find another hotel before booking them again.

Do not book this hotel! My 1st room was dirty so I asked for a refund but wasn’t able to get it approved due to management not being on-site. He offered me an upgrade which I didn’t care about upgrading I just wanted a clean room. The second room was worse then the 1st one , make up on the comforter, hair pieces on the floor, dirt in the shower and trash on the floor. I told the front desk about the issues and showed pictures and told them I didn’t even stay in the room that night. She said she will show management too see what can be done because she agreed with at the time that no one obviously inspected the room after the staff “cleaned” it. Needless to say nothing was resolved not even a partial refund and they lied and said the complete opposite of what my conversation was with the front desk clerk.

The room’s ventilation was horrible and it smelled like mildew/mold. It was so bad that I had to use my inhaler. After we used the shower, we noticed the bathroom floor looked like there was water seeping from underneath the tile at the entrance of the bathroom. Also, someone was smoking what smelled like marijuana and the entire 4 th floor wreaked. When we told the front desk they responded that the hotel was so full that they couldn’t tell where the smell was coming from. We had to check out the next day to save my health.

There were multiple cockroaches in our room. Room layouts are great and hotel has easy access but they have to get bugs under control. Checkin was very slow with only us being checked in at the time

This property is in need of a total renovation. The rooms with king size beds are extremely small. The housekeeping staff does not clean the room or even provide clean towels without a request. Breakfast was good but it is situated on the service road so it is very loud

I was very happy with this hotel! Quick Check-in and good breakfast with eggs, sausage patties, and waffles. The hotel and surrounding area was clean and we felt safe. The room was clean and roomy. We stayed one night and I definitely would again!

Charged for not staying in a hotel with no power even though we canceled! When we arrived the hotel had NO POWER. Why would a hotel accept reservations with no electricity? They asked if we wanted to cancel. In 95 degree heat, of course we did. They said Expedia had to cancel but they would approve it. I reached Expedia and the agent agreed to process our cancelation. I have since been billed by Expedia for a two night stay even though we canceled. This is a review for both the hotel and Expedia. When Expedia reached the hotel by email because the manager could not be reached by phone, the manager of the hotel refused to refund our money. This is an example of the level of customer service at this hotel, the cooperation of the management and the integrity of management. You are taking your chances if you book this hotel. If you book through a third party agent like Expedia, your money is gone whether or not the hotel can provide a room.

The owner walked through the hotel shirtless, which was disturbing in front of my teenage daughter. The hotel is in better condition than most owned by individual owners living on site. The workout room was uncomfortable, again, because of the owner acting like it was his home. Our own room was clean. Beds were okay. Air conditioner was insanely loud, so loud in fact that they sold earplugs there. I would not stay there again because of that, and the water softener made washing your hands, hair, body basically a fruitless effort. The male staff was blunt. The female staff was very friendly. The eggs were good. Seemed fresh and not fake. We liked the coffee machine. Had lots of variety. And the juice machine. Parking felt safe.

I don't know what was worse, the extremely loud AC or the constant traffic noise. Nice area, restaurants, stores, but got little sleep with all the noise.

Hotel was good. Clean, comfortable bed, cool. Good breakfast. Check in lady is awesome late at night. No problems. Road noise from the interstate but use a relaxing noise machine.
