The rooms are dated but wasn’t a bad stay for 1 night considering the price.

We stayed one night while passing through Memphis. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it smelled like animal and pee. That would be my only complaint.

the property looks better on the outside than inside, there was an unpleasant smell in the halls, the room was fine, but as everything else gives an unpleasant vibe, the room at the point lost its appeal in anyway, it certainly should have been cheaper for what is being offered. i've stayed in better motel 6 locations in the past. room outdated, bathroom makeshift fixes (looks raggidy), bed was comfy. breakfast was not so great
8.0
The location is somewhat confusing and difficult to find.

The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. I couldn’t get on the bed. I couldn’t raise my legs up. I had to sleep on the couch. The breakfast was disappointing! There wasn’t no waffle mix nor was there coffee. Also when you ask for handicap room, they shouldn’t put you in a room all the way down the hallway, not everybody is in a wheelchair! Don’t stay here if you can’t walk good!! Poor excuse for a motel☹️☹️

The staff was friendly and I felt safe over all in the area.
My room was tidy but dirty. There was hair in/on the bed which grossed me out, and the room just felt dank. For me that is a deal breaker.

Nice little place tucked off in a corner. We had a nice stay
3.0
Rooms are nice and clean great for the cost, the staff are not so welcoming and can be rude they also do require a security deposit of $100.00 which is understandable but not a fan on that, overall the hotel is nice quiet and clean and they do serve a good breakfast.

We needed a place to stay driving across country. It was right off the highway it was very convenient.

All in all, very decent. Good location and reasonable rates.

It was very stinky and loud at night my room was extremely loud and hot. I will probably never book here. You’d be better off finding a better place for the night. You get what you pay for

Fast, friendly customer service. Clean rooms and a good little continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

I made a reservation for me and my dog. I got there and they told me we could not stay. They no longer had a room for us. At 11 at night and trying to find another place to stay.

"Get what you pay for" about sums it up. Then again, sometimes you just need a clean, quiet place to lay your head at night. For that, this place was sufficient.

The staff are always friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean. Good place to stay.

The room was not very clean where there was an odor on the sheets. The mold was so extensive in the bathroom that the wall and ceiling at the shower is damaged.

cockroach just sitting next to the exit door just chillin and room service walked in without knocking or making sure we are still in the room which was very unprofessional.

Place was clean. Seemed staffed well, as someone was cleaning all the time.
Staff was friendly.

It was somewhat secluded and "off the beaten path". I felt it was clean, allowed pets, and had a laundry area. I had to stay an extra night. It was higher than on Expedia, but they did accommodate me.
2.0
Required to pay $100 room deposit for a room with a flooded carpet.

It’s just a hotel and parking spaces. There is nothing else there. It’s behind a cosco

I was a tad leary of this property from some past reviews as to the cleanliness of this property. Since it was for 1 night I thought I could 'tough' it out for the price. I was very Pleasantly surprised that the entire property was immaculate inside. Without my asking I was given an upgrade to a suite for the night. The room was very clean. The sofa's fabric did have a couple of what looked like old stains. Other than that, the room and property were spotless. They had even planted 2 gorgeous summer flower gardens outside the entrance and out back where the window of my room looked out, was a thriving vegetable garden along the fence. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and we had a nice fun conversation. I say Bravo and give it 5 Stars!

Woke up to find bugs around the hotel room. Up by the pillow, on the tables, in the bathroom.
Stains in the sheets too. Me and my family had to sleep on top of the sheets.
Do not recommend. We were out of the hotel by 6:30 AM.

We booked this room because we were traveling with my daughter's emotional support dog and it said it was a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived, they said they had no more pet rooms available, but could not refund our money because we booked through Expedia and had to contract them. When I requested the refund from Expedia, they had to get the approval from the property to allow the refund. They refused. So not only did we have to find a new hotel after midnight we had to pay for a separate hotel room for a 6 hour night's sleep.

Got to the property and was told my reservation was cancelled and they had no rooms available.

Everything was good with this after we checked in. The clerk that checked us in was extremely rude.

It looks old and outdated. There are stains on the chair and the cushions on the windowsill space.

Dingy face towels and dingy blankets with holes. Staff was less than friendly including housekeeping.
Disappointed will not stay again.

My car was broken into in the parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend parking anywhere but in the front of the facility..

The motel is in a great location. It is inexpensive with small clean rooms. The rooms are perfect for a stay for a night or two.

It is located in a very convenient area. The breakfast is very basic, continental.

This hotel is ok. We were looking for an affordable option outside of Memphis, and this had decent reviews. The man at the front desk was difficult to hear due to the plastic barrier at the front desk. He seemed confused that we booked through this website, and the check-in process took 20 minutes due to the confusion. We were driving a 16’ moving truck with a trailer and had to park in the nearby Costco parking lot and walk with our luggage due to the small parking lot. We noticed that the lobby and rooms have a weird smell to them, and the walls are very thin, so we could hear the tv and people talking in the adjacent room throughout the night. The hotel works for a quick night of rest if you are looking to save money, but I would not stay here more than 1 night.
