Dirtest hotel we have ever stayed. Mildew in shower, flithly shower curtain, hair in tub, stained towels, coarse sheets, stained carpet. Stairwell unvacummed. Really bad!! Coffe pot did not work.

Non smoking room was an ashtray. Changed room. Veey dirty and run down. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Pool was closed, we were very disappointed. Stay out of here.

The room had odors. When are hotels going to learn to get rid of carpetting?

Many complaints: Sink faucet dripping with loose handle leaking and spraying off to side, refrigerator rattling noice, no blanket on bed, thin cover on bed only, very thin sheets, toilet paper holder broken. No wash cloths. The Super 8 “Superstart” breakfast was terrible. There appears to have been very little effort put forth to keep items refilled (no muffins, bagels or pastries, only slices of white bread) or even stocked in the first place. The counters were covered in crumbs. The only fruits were oranges and a few overripe bananas. Three dry cereals and some oatmeal were offered. There were several yogurts left in the fridge, along with some orange juice, apple juice and milk. Needless to say, the coffee was marginal at best. We were very disappointed since we had stayed at a Super 8 Wyndham in Sonora,TX and it was far better!

We had bed bugs. And im looking for at least a refund on my stay

We normally stay at Super 8s because of budget pricing and for only 1 night we can get by some deficiencies but this one just had too many. There was still food on the floor, the microwave sounded like it was about to blow up, the windows were single pane and it sounded like the windows were open...

We checked in late at night and realized our room was not completely clean. The beds were made and towels were hung but the tub was dirty and the bed had a substance on the sheets so I’m not sure what happened. It seemed like someone had been in the room after the cleaning was done. It was too late for us to do anything so we dealt with it in the morning. They recleaned the room for us and it was much better after that. The bed was otherwise comfortable as were the pillows. The bed cover was worn but still okay. Walls in the room were the same-worn but okay. The beds only have a sheet and thin top cover- no blanket. We had to borrow a couple of blankets from my daughter who lives in the area because we were cold (I sleep in a cold room.) I saw another family carry a stack of blankets out so that is an area that could be improved. The common areas have stained up carpeting and are worn but are okay. The breakfast was a typical continental style which was fine. Road noise and hallway noise were a big issue so if you need quiet, it could be a problem. No offer to compensate for the bad night was made which was disappointing given the bed situation. Otherwise, we were mostly content. It’s an affordable place so you can’t expect amazing. I’m not a picky person and am usually content if I feel things are clean and safe. I’ll stay there again, but if you are someone who wants things super clean or current, this probably isn’t the place for you.

The freeway is right outside which might not be a problem, but our room had single pane windows and what felt like no insulation. The traffic noise was very loud. The shower was a trickle. Some light switches didn't work (turn on the light), not sure if bulb was burnt out or switch didn't work.
