This was a terrible experience. I was awaken by knocks on the door at 1:15AM. I called front desk to take a look what was going on outside. He said he will. Then another knocks at around 1:25AM. I've had it this time. Then I called the front desk again stating that this place not secured. Somebody was still knocking on the door. So I had decided to vacate the hotel and left. I ended up slept in my car until sunrise. I'd asked the front desk to notify the manager and to call me. Nobody ever called me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The Inn was pretty good but the location was sketchy and unsafe to walk. So, for the location, the nightly rate was too much.

Rooms are spacious and clean. My bathroom drain was a bit slow and the shower curtain rod was loose. Parking spaces are tight and a difficult to squeeze into. Surrounding neighborhood is sketchy, but the property feels safe. Overall, very comfortable stay.

Not good. Was supposed to have a king. I was down graded to a full size. So angry.

Not too bad for the price, it is an older property. My only complaint about my room was the overwhelming scent of the cleaning product that was used.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND ASSUME YOU HAVE A ROOM. This property overbooks and all they could offer was a sorry. No call, no email, no text earlier in the day of hey, we don't have a room for you any more. Left scrambling to find another hotel with a kid and within budget. If it's on a busy Saturday night, good luck.

Condition of the room was gross. Stained sheets, stained shower. I really didn’t think I’d mind staying in a lower end hotel. This one was very poorly kept and a bad value at $140 for the night.

Actually I was amazed how clean everything was and the staff was very professional and courteous and I was amazed how well kept the property is I feel I was very lucky to have found this place to stay. Great job guys

Will never stay here again. We were in a downstairs room, and you can hear every single step, movement or thud from room above. Bathroom needs update, very grungy. Needs new towels. No breakfast served, only coffee. Homeless people nearby. Crappy neighborhood. Tiny parking lot. No accessible rooms.
Only good things- bed was reasonably comfy, tv was nice, fridge was good size. Shower good water pressure.

Very clean place, comfy bed. Adam was very helpfull. Bathroom are a bit neglected, clean but spotty and old looking. The only complaint I have is that the outside lights at night are so bright and the curtains in the room not long enough to keep the light out, I could not sleep. But I guess the light keeps the parking lot safe. We will be back I will attach a towel on the bottom of the curtain. But great place, good location.

I is a good place to stay if you are looking for something simple and convenient. The room is pretty spacious and clean.

I would not stay here again. The room had a strong smell when we walked in. The bottoms of our socks are filthy from the floors. Our room was by the housekeeping room, so all morning and afternoon we heard them speaking and wheeling things (the walls are paper thin). The area did not feel safe; there were homeless people all near the property and walking through the property; one was eating from a garbage can. The hot tub was luke warm and filled with dirt. On check out day, housekeeping starting banging at our door an hour before check out (upsetting our dog) and continued to keep coming back and knocking. Many of the other people staying there seemed sketchy… lots of noise with the paper thin walls. We stayed at several budget hotels on our trip, and this was by far our worse experience. I would recommend trying to find somewhere else.

Large, clean room with a comfortable bed and decent TV. Ample parking. Check In and Check Out were handled promptly and professionally, but don't expect any smiles.

This place is absolute trash. We found a bunch of hair in the sink and bathtub after checking in. We didn’t look right away and we were in the room 30 minutes or so. I went to get a refund because it was disgusting and they told me it was 41 minutes since I checked in and at 40 minutes you can’t get a refund. They took us to another room and same thing, hair in the floor and in the bathroom. That might be the biggest bunch of crap I’ve ever heard. I told the front desk I was going to write this review to tell everyone to avoid this place and they didn’t care. Unreal. I’ll be calling and emailing their corporate offices as well.

The hotel was very dirty . First room we were given had floors the were drenched with water . Went to the front and the lady switched the room. 2nd room.. the toilet didn’t work and smelled badly. Mold around the shower and bed was hard as a rock. Definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be staying there again . On the flip side, staff was nice and friendly.

On line photos varied greatly from actual conditions. House cleaning did not come to the room 2 of 4 days. Bathroom shower fitting was apart from the wall, room was dirty, gaps between door frame and door very apparent.

We rented a room at this hotel for my girlfriends colleague.
Great check in and friendly service, we were impressed with the room. We will use your hotel in the future, for our out of town guests. Our offices and work are within walking didstance.

Found 6 roaches was able to kill 3. Hair everywhere in the sink and tub. The shower diverter did not work so I had to "shower" using spout. Noise of people fighting outside. Saw a naked young man in one of the rooms with his shades open in a compromising position.

Room was hot because they keep the AC units off. Took us 8 hrs to cool our room to a comfortable temperature. Cleaning service stole our personal rag that we had brought and only gave us one cup to use. Three throw pillows is what you get for your bed which was uncomfortable. Tweekers walking around at night.
