The pool was ice cold. The hot tub was a greenish color, as the pool. The pool hours are built 8pm. I think that is kind of early on a weekend. Opens at 10 but check out is 11.

Service desk was helpful & friendly!!The establishment on the whole was somewhat dirty/ entry way bathrooms bad. Missing or burnt out lightbulbs in the room. Pull out bed/couch had food on it. Sheets on main bed had stains on them that were gross.
Limited breakfast menu for a Best Western Plus.

Clean and smells good it’s what I expected and I made sure to call and check if everything works before I booked because one time I reserved a room at another place and the hot tub was broke but this time the hottub worked but closed early on a weekend it should be open until 10 or 11p

I would give it a 10. However my rooms AC did not work on my 3rd day. Went and mentioned it to the clerk but he just told me how to reset it. I did that and it still dont work

I was nervous staying here after seeing the reviews about the bedbugs (read them after we already checked in). We did check around the room and didnt see signs of any infestation. The mattresses looked pretty new. Only giving 3 stars because the room was dirty when we walked in (crumbs on the floor under the sofa) and the sheets had stains on them. Wasn't the worst place I've stayed in but still decent for the price.

All lights are low wattage so very dim. Coffee maker didn’t work but traded for another. One lamp needed a bulb which I got from the front desk. Staff was mostly helpful though.

Checkin person never smiled, scanned dr. lic. and credit card w/o permission. Room had no hair dryer, a torn curtain, frig didn't work, CNN and Fox news had no signal. Bathroom light was out, shower handle loose, tub drained very slowly, fan didn't work. Pool/hot tub closes at 8pm, but sign says it closes at 10pm. Breakfast was not good--no fruit at all, sign says build your own omelet, but no omelets nor toppings. Sign says make your own breakfast sandwich with meat, cheese, egg, but there's no meat nor cheese. When I told staff they laughed it off, said well, there should be meat, but they didn't check. Really a badly managed place.

Everything was good but the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The tub and shower was very dirty look like it was not cleaned in weeks. It was a no smoking room at the were cigarette butts in the room. The first room they gave me the shower did not work and the tub did not drain

This hotel needs to drastically update its carpet! Absolutely disgusting. Areas of the floor in our room had visible water damage and tearing. The whole 3rd floor hallway and our room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. Only 1 tiny trashcan. No tissues. Dirty mini fridge. Asked for bedding for the fold out sofa and received 1 pillow and a flat sheet. And No one other than a child can sleep on the sofa bed because the mattress is so thin any adult would feel nothing but springs. No phones in the room to call front desk. Pool was closed at 9 despite being told it closed at 8 but posted it closed at 10. Very limited on towels. Breakfast was very limited. Ran out of eggs around 8am and said they couldn’t put out anymore? Same with other items and the waffle maker wasn’t working properly. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. My family enjoyed that. And I enjoyed my large bathroom and jetted tub. It was also very easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and run a Roku from the tv.

Floor not vacuumed since last guest. Clumps of dirt and pieces of plastic on floor. Bed sheets were clean but with holes and their were multiple hairs on them. Possibly from housekeeper? Carpet old with multiple cigarette burns even though it was a nonsmoking room. Coffee was never restocked when used.
Room was spacious, staff was friendly and location convenient.

We discovered bed bugs in our bed. at 10:30 p.m. Some were full of someone else's blood. They said all rooms were full so we couldn't move to another room, and it was too late to find another motel. The desk clerk gave us clean sheets that were damp from the laundry. We were up at various times during the night checking for bugs and were still finding them in the early morning. We did not sleep much and will never stay there again. We are still waiting for management to call us. The rest of the facilities and breakfast were good.

Honestly I Never give bad reviews but this hotel forced this. The hotel as many said was dated but no big deal because it was clean. However the hot tub was not even remotely hot. My tub did not drain, i didn't complain i just didnt use shower anymore. The ice machine was broke and I was told by other visitors that other things weren't working. My remote in my room didn't work I tried calling the front desk to ask for batteries no one answered multiple times so I went down there, while waiting for batteries the phone continued to ring non stop, it appears i wasn't the only one trying to get through. I asked why he wasn't answering the phone for anyone and he proceeded to explain that his check ins out weighed the phone needs. I had other minor issues like room not being adequately stocked with items needed etc. But by this point i realized this hotel really had little regard for customer service. Again it was a clean establishment but I would not go back nor recommend.

I missed my first night due to we had a mechanical issue with our transportation. We showed up the next day (midday) and were told we no longer have reservations in our room has been given to somebody else. With that being said, we had the reservations booked for three nights, and now the hotel refuses to refund any of our money and yet they told us in person that the reservation is no longer and they gave up our room we requested. How does any of this make sense? The owners are con artist, and will take whatever money they can get as well as try to charge your card for additional things that they were not authorized to charge. Do not recommend.

The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The pool was also very cold and the hot tub was only like warm.

Check in was easy and the property was very clean. Unfortunately the indoor heated pool was ice cold and the "hot" tub was even colder then the pool the front desk person kept saying it would be fixed but it never was we checked out a day early.

The My Wife, Sister, and I stayed one night visiting relatives in Broken Arrow. The facilities were about average for the area, but comfortable. I'd say the staff and breakfast were very good. We didn't like the difficult access from Hwy 169, it caused us to miss the driveway in heavy traffic twice. I would not hesitate to stay again after learning the ropes.

We stayed two nights, the price was reasonable, the hotel was clean and well-kept, with expected amenities for the price. The only negative was that there was a maintenance issue in the first room we were placed in (significant wet carpet area due to air conditioner leak) and staff first suggested we make do for the night and let them see if maintenance could come fix it the next morning. They did end up moving us to another room, and from that point, we had no further issues. Would definitely consider a return stay here.

The desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was terrific as well. Very satisfied. The housekeeping staff was totally amazing. I highly recommend this motel.

Was over charged for my stay once I reached the property and never received my refund. Be over a week and still haven’t gotten my $127 that I was over charged. But the property was very clean , comfortable and in a good location.
