Room reaked of cigarettes. Everyone else checking in was asked if they wanted smoking or non smoking rooms. I was not asked. I would have asked for non smoking. And my room was not clean. The doors and walls were filthy. Makes me worry about the beds. There was also cigarette burns on one of the bed spreads.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room had an old musty smoky odor, the bathroom had mold and the ceiling fan was about to fall off (I wish I had taken pictures). You could tell there was a lot of drug use going on, and on one of the nights the fire truck and ambulance came to help someone. We were actually afraid that either our car or our room was going to get broken into when we left to go for dinner. Super sketchy! The reviews were very misleading. Parking lot was a mess, bed linens had cigarette holes, the cheap floor linoleum was buckled and peeling. It was just a mess and the worst neighborhood. Spend the few extra dollars to stay somewhere else…you won’t regret it.

The area felt unsafe and there were people making noise and loitering in front of my room. The staff was courteous but the problem did not go away.

Not bad for the price. Generally clean but smells like somebody smoked in the room but we requested non smoking room. I know the have people watching for security but you can feel the tension. Nobody approached us but still didn't feel safe. Workers are friendly though.

There were homeless people around the property. At one point in the evening someone banged on our door and left after we asked who it was. This happened twice. Later in the night someone pulled up in a pickup truck outside our unit and they were not staying at the motel. We also heard noises outside all night and two young guys wandering around the parking lot checking out the cars. Overall not a great experience.

Oh the difficult customers! One guy wants to get everything he is paying for! Dude! You are staying at a motel 6! Stop being special! Another guy complained of another room being too loud last night. The gal gave him a quiet part of of the motel. I asked for quieter as well. She delt with the concerns great!

When I checked in the front desk lady said my room number out loud with another person in the office. There were homeless people smoking crack on the end of the building I was staying in. I did not feel safe at all.

My room had a broken heater, towel rack fell off the wall and the fire alarm chirped, had to disconnect, bathtub was gross looking, seems this was a pack-rat put together room, Will never stay there again

The first room we checked into had an active leak in the ceiling. The second room had full trash cans, no soap, and no shower curtain. The parking lot has a huge gravel area with cones around it and patio furniture on top.

The bathroom door was broken, I requested housekeeping....it was a 6 night stay...no one ever came, I complained about the room directly above me making noise untill 4am nightly with no change. I checked out three days early because I could not rest, and was given 38 fillers for my inconvenience, I paid 495, and was reminded it was a very good rate...no, it was a cheap rate for a horrible stay. I tried several times to meet in person and on the phone with the manager and was greeted with rudeness everytime. My second day there they changed my door lock and I returned at 8pm ( I left at 7am) to my door unlocked and left open with all my belongings in the room. They advertise a pool but it no longer exists. I am easy going but even I feel that a 2 night stay at a sub standard hotel is not worth the money I paid.

Online it said they have a pool, but they had filled it in earlier this summer and the website was not updated. This is something we were really looking forward to after a hot day at the State Fair. The room was really clean and it was nice and quite.

I stayed three nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday and Saturday night it was noisy through 5:00 AM. I did not/could not sleep much. I paid almost $300 for a stay at a hotel with very shady clientele. The customer service was fine but I was afraid something might happen to my car outside.

Very reasonable price, convenient location, near freeway, clean, nice staff. Only a slight trickle of hot water in shower, no shampoo, badly done repairs inside and out.

My dog and I have typically had a decent, basic stay at Motel 6. This property was a nightmare from the time we arrived. The surrounding area is loud, seedy and unsafe. The room we were in had no working air conditioning. Opening a window for air risked our safety. The room was not clean and smelled unpleasant. No fridge or microwave. The walls and ceiling had some mystery fluid on them. It was too late on a Friday evening to find another room or we'd have left. I've seen some reviews mentioning the new construction and improvements to this motel, but we didn't experience that. My two positive comments are that the staff was fine, and the sheets were probably washed.

Ceiling in bathroom with open areas, no fan. Holes in curtains in front window. Accessible room, however the bed was very tall, towels and microwave above reach if someone was in a wheelchair.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stay at. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The rooms were filthy. I reported to the front desk that there was blood on our sheets and she seemed completely unfazed, like that happens all the time. She even had a protocol, you’re given a trash bag to remove the sheets yourself, take them to the laundry room, empty them into the basket and then they give you new sheets for you to put on. There were sirens and car alarms going off all night. And at 3am a police officer knocked on our door trying to find who called 911 from this property. The beds are uncomfortable and very scratchy. We were supposed to stay two nights but ate the cost and left early.
