Exactly what I would have expected. The woman who checked me in was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and perhaps a bit outdated. I wish all hotels did away with carpet! The breakfast was simple but good!

Very clean hotel and nice staff.. Crystal was definitely one that stood out to me . She was sweet, kind, and caring. Definitely will be coming back when I vacation in Florida again.

The Motel was so comfortable, and clean. The staff was superb, friendly and so willing to help with anything you might need! The breakfast was great, well stocked. The front desk staff felt like good friends! We will definitely there again if we are in that area!

It was absolutely perfect great way to spend Christmas Eve to Christmas Day. Nykki at the front desk was amazing.. she made the stay amazing and the staff was great place was clean everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you again.

The 1st room was great.. however the walls are very thin and there was loud talking that was impossible to ignore. However once I was able to get a new room. The appliances were super loud including the air conditioner..the metal in the fans kept dinging. Had to turn off..and the bed wasn't comfortable..

They had no breakfast items even though they said they had a continental breakfast. The toilet was not working properly and the a/c unti leaked.

I have a friend from college whose mother (99 years young) passed away last week. I'm showing my condolences by attending the funeral him a d his family. I checked in on Friday night, the desk clerk was very attentive and polite. Seeing that I was getting around on crutches (recovering from a broken ankle; she did everything possible to make my stay an enjoyable one. The desk clerk anticipated my every need and didn't hesitate for one second to offer any assistance that I might have needed.

I was happy for a clean room to sleep in for the night as I was passing through. I was not happy that obviously someone with access to my card info from my this establishment used my card information to purchase a pre-paid phone within 24 hours of my visit. I had to immediately cancel my credit card.

People in the room next to me were very noisy late into the evening, the tile floors were very slick to walk on, was upcharged for a later check out as I booked via Expedia.

We stay here every few months while traveling for medical reasons. The employees we have dealt with have been kind and go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. We will continue to make this our home away from home when traveling. As a mom who travels with two young daughters thank you !!

This was my 3rd time staying at Microtel and I can't say enough how happy I am with every aspect of my stay there. The staff is absolutely incredible.

Not so good. They charged me extra fee to have the fridge and Microwave in the room. Shower handle was loose and hard to deal with. weeds smell is everywhere...

the water in the shower is almost non-existent, I found a used bar of soap resting on the shower also the cleaning staff did not make the bed, but only changed the towels

According to trivago, this hotel was supposed to be 7 miles to weeki wachee, but it was over an hour away. I will never use trivago again. The hotel was ok except that the a/c unit was leaking water all over the rug.

The staff was very rude and for what I paid they put me in the smallest room I could touch both sides of the wall it was really small no refrigerator or microwave one very small storage area. I will never book with this company ever again I was so miserable.
