Host did not want to help us, lamp was broken, no hot water, no WiFi, no remote to tv, and big hole underneath the sink

Room 116. Ice machine beoken.The only light in the room didnt work. On/off switch was broken. No hot water in shower. No cold water in sink. TV didnt work, "channel not available" for all channels. Went to front desk but he was nowhere to be found. I called motel but got a recording.

Showed up to find put they gave our room out to someone else even though we reserved it. Was there with a group of people and found out it happened to a couple people in our group as well. Would never recommend even if you needed to stay there

A little on the spartan side of things, but it was was comfortable to a quick nights stay.

This hotel needs to update its photos OR make sure each room looks like the photos published. There were numerous towels in my room and I had to walk to the office at 6 am to get them. There was only one inadequate lamp to light the room. The smoke detector was missing. The bathroom was well lit and clean. Other surfaces showed excessive wear and dirt.

Price was very cheap and hotel room was in very bad condition tiles missing from the wall. The heater was mounted in the wall and you could see the outside through the wall. Bathroom window is broken. Bathtub is not clean.

No hand towels, heater noisy and would not shut off. Floors dirty, towlet wasn't attached to the floor and it wobled, no towlet paper holder. Towels didn't smell fresh. Generally very poor quality accommodations.

Don’t stay here!!!. Thin sheets and no real covers, it was cold, heater didn’t work, no hot water in shower, no blow dryer and horrible service. Pay more and stay anywhere else in Heber City! It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

they have been renovating the room looks updated.. not completely but it was much nicer than I had expected. everything was clean, the shower was HOT. the bed was comfy!

Not worth the price at all. Walls are paper thin. Bedding was too. Used soap was left in the shower (evidence it wasn't cleaned after the last guest) hair dryer didn't work. No place to hang towels.

It was a nice small motel in a convenient spot for me. The employees are great though it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them via the listed online. Once you're there, the have a private number listed for the employee on call after hours which actually works. Only other issue was that my room hadn't been vacuumed for a minute (it was so dirty with sheetrock (I think they're trying to fix up the place), dirt and leaves tracked in, and even a dog bone on the floor left by someone previously). The beds were really comfortable and clean (and they have some super great pillows!)so the floor may have just been a fluke for lucky me.

Had no blankets but a sheet and thin prison style blanket in the middle of winter. No wash cloths or hand towels. Never came and cleaned the room or changed sheets etc.

Update first things first walked in to the room. They was slept in wendy's garbage in there very dirty. Went to the front desk to notify them. They moved me to a different room. I get into that room and there's no microwave as promised. I asked if they had a microwave. I could use and they pretty much told me deal with it. The room was extremely dirty. the light on the ceiling had no switch to turn it off. So you had to unscrew the bulb. To turn the light off. There was no outlet for the mini fridge where It was located. I moved the Mini fridge to the only available outlet. That wasn't beside the bed. And unfortunately that outlet was controlled by a switch. So the refrigerator got turned off when I hit the switch by accident. Perioverall I would only stay here if you have absolutely no other option. I would honestly check out the local homeless shelter before I went to that hotel again.

I have nothing good to say about this motel. I should have known not to stay there when I walked into an office that was gutted and being "renovated." You don't keep your business open when the fixtures and everything are not intact. The man behind the counter was at least kind and polite, I'll give him that. When he told me that my room had extra beds in it that were being stored there, that was my second red flag. Then there was the literal pile of rubble right in front of the door to my room, the lack of toilet paper, beds that felt like wooden planks, toilet that rocked, guy lurking outside in the parking lot. Yes, I should have made the decision not to stay before even going into the room, but hopefully you can benefit from the $75 I threw away here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

4 rooms before we got in the right one. Stunk and ended up switching hotels. Couldn't even stay there.

A total dump, the tv didnt work, the heater rattled so loud i couldn't sleep, the wifi didn't reach my room, light over the vanity didn't work. The tile and carpet trim in the walls was falling off. The parking lot was full of construction junk and to top it off there was no hot water.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets were changed but that's about it. In don't think they've ever vacuumed, dusted, or wiped down anything. There is a lot of mold in the shower, stains all over the walls, floorboards falling off the wall, broken AC with mold in side, dirt and dead bugs all over, the floor is filthy. Do but stay here.

Cobwebs and black mold in the bathroom. Shower fixtures were covered in crusty white hard water. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was disgusting. How there aren’t health code violations I don’t know!!!

You had to call to check in and check out when the employees were just in the other room. Invest in a bell for your door. The room was spacious but had random furniture, exposed pipes, a broken fan and air conditioner, and holes in the wall.

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in! Broken walls, dirty, broken window locks, bathroom had plastic over a hole in the shower with black mold growing inside, no ice machine, and totally horrible. Hotels.com only gave me $25 back for this horrible stay, even when I called them after I checked in! Really???

HEBER CITYINN-Registration office was locked at arrival. Finally clerk arrived-a very old, unkempt , barely walking man. Room was filthy: light bulbs missing in lamps, holes punched IN WALL,, TV NOT WORKing, TOILETS DID NOT FLUSH, FAUCET IN BATH TUB SEPARATING FROM WALL, SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKING, YET TENANTS SMOKING-BUTTS THROUGHOUT
THIS WAS HORRIBLE. HAD TO LEAVE, but had to fight for refund. Pictures deceiving on line.

Would be better to get a sleeping bag and go to the park and sleep with the homeless people. Very rundown showers and sink in very poor condition looks like it has never been maintained since built. Holes in the Sheetrock walls.

The property had not been plowed in the parking lot of snow. There was few places to park and it was icy and inconvenient to get to our room. One light was out in the room, several outlets were not working, there were not enough towels, and no tissues. On one bed there was a big yellowish brown spot in the middle of the sheets ( so gross), so we were afraid to use that bed. The bath tub and shower were gross and so we did not take a shower. the bed was uncomfortable. The fridge had old food in it from someone else. And after all of this...We were charged for 2 nights of stay! In the morning I went to the office to get it fixed and there was a note on the door that they were closed. We went to breakfast and came back and they were still closed. I have not got my payment back for the 2nd night of stay. Do NOT stay at this hotel! It is dirty and they are not honest!!!!

Beware. The pictures are not accurate. Flies were on the ceiling, spiders were crawling in the shower and, the whole room smelled like cigarettes. Bed sheets were worn and not clean. Poor maintenance and debris was around the premises. The whole area was a mess and it felt unsafe. The price does not match the experience. We were charged twice, the clerk charged the card, then said it didn't work and charged cash, later only refunded the card . We stayed for 20 minutes before deciding that this was an unlivable environment.This place is not worth your money.

This property needs to be gutted and redone- Think of a skid row hotel- That is what this is- The staff was very friendly BUT- the room had a broken door jamb from being kicked in? at some point. No other lock besides the sketchy deadbolt. The bed had no bed pad, just a sheet on the mattress. Hard to tell if the tub was dirty or just badly stained. The sliding window in the bathroom on the ground floor had no good lock- The carpets were worn and dirty. Curtains were worn and hung incorrectly. We felt very unsafe there and left as soon as we could. Roofing tiles are piled in the parking lot. Again, the staff was very nice. The property is terrible.

No coffee in room, no WiFi, TV didn't work very well, Electrical way out dated like pull chain on light fixture on ceiling. Faucet in sink worn out, no wash cloths, worn out towels, toilet didn't flush very well had to plunge it.Not like the picture shows, That's not the way the place looks like.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is easily the worst I have ever stayed in.
Upon checking in, the office smelled horrible, and looked cluttered. Once in the room, one of the beds did not have a blanket. When I asked the manager for a blanket, he said they do not have any more. He was apologetic, but offered no other solution. The roof was being redone while we stayed. There were nails and roofing materials piled in front of our room. I was surprised they rented out our rooms, given the nails and other materials risk of being stepped on. The room itself needed several repairs including the toilet had no lid and the shower head was coming out of the wall.
I have stayed in questionable hotels a few times in my life, but this one easily tops the list as the worst.

Room 103 -There were no clean towels in the room when we checked in, about 5:30 in the afternoon. There was no hot water in our room in the morning. Light switch for overhead light doesn't work. No drinking cups in the room.
