large rooms, price was a value. shower had excellent pressure. Clean.

I had reserved 2 rooms, for 7 guests. when I checked in I was told they would not be able to give me 2 rooms even after I had reserved them. Turned out they gave one of the rooms I had reserved to 2 ppl that were with our group who wanted a room to themselves.. also said then room service had gone home early or something and they didn't have a clean room. they did make a room available to us so it worked out fine. The bathroom in the room I stayed in needed repairs done to the bathroom. the shower curtain setup was hanging all wrong so the curtain only covered half the shower and the nobs needed screws in them as.it would fall off as you tried to use it.. shower did have excellent pressure though..

Clean It Up!

The parking lot had lots of light.

Bedding was disgusting and previously used. The faucet had black soot when water was running. The T.V. had a line in the screen. Furniture was stained and disgusting. The toilet handle had to be held down to completely empty.

Worst motel ever!

The owner was willing to refund our second night after we decided not to stay. We prepaid, and they have a no refund policy, but they made an exception for us. That’s the only pleasant thing about the Heber Inn.

We had no hand towels or wash cloths. The main room light was burned out. The tub and toilet was disgusting. Carpet looked filthy. Exterior was in poor condition. A/C - heater was in serious disrepair. Check in clerk was useless; made us wait until morning to see our receipt. Smoke alarms were ripped out.

Missing bulbs, broken furniture not clean. Clerk gave room key to another person who had reservations. Luckily I had a chair blocking the door

Wouldn't recomend.

It was literally 3 minutes away from the location I needed to be for work.

They did try to make it right by getting me a different room that was clean and did not have biohazerdous matter on the bed and in the trash like the first room. However, The room I ended up in the fridge and microwave were not pluged in. Microwave was missing the plate inside. Fan in the bathroom did not work. The heating unit/cooling unit was not turned on and it plummeted down to 34 degrees the first night. Water for the shower never reached a good heat so I was best to go elsewhere to warm up. Second night was a bit easier to sleep once the heater was going. Locals cringed when I was telling them where I ended up. This place has a poor reputation and is least recomended by locals. I've been to many hotels and Inn's, I don't mind old or outdated stays, but this has been by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

Horrible never again

There was nothing to like. No hot water in the whole building no towels and the light right above the bed had no switch to turn it off when the people next-door complained they had the cops called on them and we’re escorted off the property with no refund

The entire experience was horrible I’d gladly pay more than stay there again

Nothing is the worst hotel I've ever been to

Somebody at the front desk running hot water a toilet that didn't leak water all over the floor ATV that actually worked a couch that didn't come from the 1970s that had a cushion in it

Not that good.

I liked the location and the price.

the hotel room seemed dirty. There was still trash in the room and the tub was broken. Was only given one towel even though I had checked into a two bedroom with two guests. No soap was provided for washing hands.

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. No one stays at the front desk. They just put signs up with numbers to call. One family lives there and they are nice but the staff as a whole is useless. One of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The mechanical lock on the door was broken. There was a TV with no cables attached too it so it was useless. Holes in the walls. When I brought these up, the staff said don't stay here next time. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. It needs to go out of business.

It’s alright

Good location, priced well

it’s old. which is fine. The rooms really need a deep cleaning, as well as the parking lot. It could be a charming little hotel if it were just cleaner. The manager was pleasant. Someone had obviously broken the no smoking rule, because our first room just stunk of smoke. They moved us, and were nice about it. It would also be nice to take a warm shower. The water gets luke warm at best.

Old and run down place. Phone cable run across the room floor. Filthy floor/carpet. Lukewarm water for the shower.

Worst hotels day of my life and I'm 60

There was roaches and I have photographs it was terrible the the bed was hard as a rock and the Springs were coming through my granddaughter and I had to sleep in the same bed because the other bed was way worse it's a terrible Place do not book there I would never have done that if I knew of course but you don't know till you get there stayed one night because it was horrific

I did not like anything especially the roaches in the room and I have photographs of them it was disgusting I will never booked this again

Don't stop here, chhose another place or drive to SLC

Wasn't one.

There was NO HOT WATER. No ice machine, not even cups in the room for brushing teeth. Electrical system is a fire hazard.

Dont stay if you csn afford a different place

After being moved to a different slightly less broken room the bed was soft.

All fixtures were missing, shower head, toilet paper holder, towel holders bathroom door knob was coming off. Was moved to a different room on second night and the TV was broken.

Passable

The room was clean and smelled nice.

There was no shower head in the bathroom. The toilet paper was in the window because the holder was broken. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was very warm. The screens were missing so we couldn’t open the windows. The WiFi was crappy. The TV reception was terrible. We had to screw in the lightbulbs to turn on and off lights. But hey, the room was clean and smelled clean.

Needs TLC but has potential

Quick service from the office attendant!

- phone was glued to the cradle as some sticky substance had been previously spilled on the night stand and all over the phone - there was no remote for the TV but the attendant was able to locate a remote. - no hand or face towels - back of bathroom door was spattered with something dark colored.

No breakfast was offered.

100 degrees outside (june) put in a room with broken air conditioner. Had to move all our gear and dogs to another room. Bed mattress on a tilt. Stairs to upstairs level looked like they should be condemned. Front office dirty and untidy. Staff eating meal at front desk.

DISAPPOINTING DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $70 PER NIGHT.

Having a bed to sleep in.

Many necessary items in room were broken...tv did not work...toilet paper holder broken...np WiFi as advertised...disgusting stains next to the bed...hairdryer did not work...inexperienced teenager checked me in and I had to SHOW HER HOW TO USE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE!!!! ALSO HAD TO WAIT IN THE RAIN FOR 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN OFFICE SO I COULD CHECK IN. WINDOW LOCKS BROKEN AS WELL.
