Convenient to Shin Kobe station. Very friendly staff. Room clean but small and tired. Needs a facelift.

My room is in 26th floor, the room size is fine. The window view is wonderful. To take the Train & Metro are very easy through the Hotel Elevator directly. Only one problem is to use the swim pool needs to pay extra cost. It is really unreasonable because we are their Hotel customers.

Super convenient access to and from the bullet train and subway into Sannomiya, though it's not a terribly far walk either. Great views of the city and Mt. Rokko, with the cable car just a couple of minutes away.

The hotel is within walking distance from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen Station. The room is big and nice, and temperature can be controlled easily and turned on 24/7, you dont need to put your room key in a slot for electricity. They also have extension cord near the bed which is really convenient, and provide bottles of water every day. They also have 2 types of restaurants for breakfast, and have multiple restaurants for dinner. They can also keep your luggages and can use postal service. The only thing I didnt find in the room is a small mirror for when doing facial stuff.

We used the ANA for proximity to the Shin Kobe line to access Hiroshima. It was excellent . The hotel itself is spacious and the staff were very helpful.

I sent bottles of sake to the hotel for my consumption in the journey. The hotel kept them in the refrigerator for two weeks before I checked in. The hotel is in the border of the city but is just 20 minutes walk from shopping and dinner area. I wish to swim in the hotel but was told to pay 2000 yen which I think is far too expensive.

Right outside within five minute walk is the shin Kobe JR Shinkansen station. So super convenient for coming into and leaving Kobe versus any other property. Excellent breakfast. Quality Japanese cuisine and service.

The hotel wqs overall fine but there were no vending machines or ice mqchine on each floors neither did there any free bottles of waters so i had to either dri k from the tab or buy some bottles from the supermarket near it

I like the location near the train station. It’s convenient for sightseeing, eating and shopping. It’s unexpected that there is no heating in this hotel. Also we booked two standard two twin beds rooms, but they gave us two smallest rooms in the hotel with a full bed.

Nice breakfast, close to bullet train station and Kitano area. Convenience store right outside the hotel. Room was a bit dated though and not much around the hotel at night (a positive if you like quiet areas).

We chose this hotel because it was located near the Shin-Kobe train station, and it was indeed. Walk out of the station and you are there. The cable car (ropeway as they call it) to the hill gardens is also just on the other side: we walked back down to the hotel on a lovely day from the peak. It isn't a destination hotel, and the rooms are simple, somewhat small, but clean and pleasant, as you might find in any large hotel anywhere around the world. If you want a "japanese" hotel, this isn't it. If you want a convenient and comfortable hotel, go for it!

great place to be at the room was small enough for one person but had a good view of the city for the room i got came with a lot of things that most other places didnt have and the English from the workers was well enough to get the help needed.

This is a super convenient hotel that is located right at the Shin Kobe station. We went from here to Arima Onsen where there is a direct bus at the station. Staff are exceptional and went all the way to help us before we actually arrive at the conciege desk or mid way in the lobby.

Very conveniently located to meet our needs: the train station, the Nunobiki Herb Gardens, and Kitano-Cho. The facilities were very clean and the staff was helpful. Including breakfast with the room is a must.

I chose this property for the close proximity to Shin-Kobe station because I was arriving very late via Shinkansen. I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice views of Kobe city, the bay, and mountains from my hotel room. The only issue was the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room even though it was a non-smoking room. Since I was so tired and staying only for the night, I couldn't be bothered with changing the room. Overall a very convenient place to stay.

Next to the Shin-Kobe station and the cable car that takes you to the top of the mountain. Subway is underground, one stop to vibrant Sannomiya for restaurants and fun. Lovely breakfast! Excellent place to stay.
