Our Stay was good. Front desk made an error with cc used because I booked multiple reservations each individual should’ve paid from their own card upon arrival. But, we got everything worked out.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room & the staff who assisted me at the front desk. I would have give the property a 5 BUT, when I returned to my room late that evening from an event, I used a side entrance rather than enter through the lobby and the door/card reader did not work. I was able to enter the building with unrestricted or unsecured access. I simply followed the instructions on the door and walked right in.

The AC was broken in the first suite we were given. The 2nd suites AC did work but 3 lights were burnt out and there were massive stains on the pull out couch. The bedroom comforter was also stained. The carpet was dirty and pulling up in so many areas. The positive thing was the location and the complimentary breakfast. The guy working it was very kind and constantly made sure everything was filled. Overall we were a little disappointed with it being a Marriott.

There was an artificial smell (possibly mango) which was pretty strong for my sensitive nose. I would prefer NO SMELL as opposed to an artificial smell. I had to open the window. Sensitive nose :(

The property was clean and ready when we checked in but updating is needed. Doors to the interior rooms were loud and squeaky, bathroom toilet was rickety and made horrible noise when sitting down and getting up; heat fan/blower was excessively noisy preventing sleep. The highlight of my stay was Chef Jay. Personable, engaging, courteous and the food was “home cooked” quality.

At this point I am a regular at the property due to this being the only hotel in the area with two bedroom suites. My reservation was canceled although I called prior to inform the hotel. I had scrambled to find somewhere to go until check in at 3p. The breakfast condiments /single serve were dirty. Overall the stay was to be expected considering the location. The staff were very polite, patient and accommodating. The room itself was overall clean except the blow dryer was sticky and dirty.

Booked a last minute same-day business trip for just one night. The rooms were massive, like an apartment. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing (potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had). Staff was so friendly! And the price was a third of what I’d expect to pay for a suite this nice!

The staff were very nice but the property has not been kept up. Our shower was cracked and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles had fallen off the wall and were empty. The carpets were sticky. It is average - not bad but not great.

Had no towels or wash clothes to bathe with the entire stay. They said they ran out of towels. Never had that to happen at any hotel I ever stayed at. I was miserable having booked a 2 night stay.

From check in to check out, everyone we dealt with was friendly and welcoming. The room was more than I expected and 16 year old son was beyond impressed.The one thing I noticed, that I had never seen before was not only the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that's included in the shower area but there were also makeup wipes provided with the face soap. In all my 40 plus years of traveling I have never seen this. Any more hotel stays we have to make will definitely be at a Residence Inn as a first choice.

Bathroom smelled musty and toilet still had ring around it inside. Tub wasn’t clean, and no ceiling fan in the bathroom either. Closet was broken. The only food for breakfast that was edible was the waffles, and cereal, everything else was suspect even the coffee which was not brewed correctly, so it was very watered down.

I have always loved staying at this hotel, but the hotel needs to update their mattresses. Both beds were uncomfortable because you could feel the springs. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed(less worse).

Overall our stay was very good. The staff was very attentive to our needs (ice and use of the printer). Would like to request a variety of meat selection choices for breakfast (especially for those who don't eat pork).

Unfortunately, we stayed on one of the first cold nights of the season and the 2-bedroom suite had Zero heat. The room did not go above 58 degrees. We asked for a room change and was only given a couple of blankets. We all had breathing and throat problems the next day when we had a 9-hour drive ahead of us. Hotels should have due diligence to check heaters when you know it is going to be winter soon. Marriott properties should change their pet fee from $100 per night to $20 per night up to $100. Kind of crazy to pay more than a few months of pet care for one night in a hotel where the pet didn't leave a single trace it was even there.
