I arrived late and was happy to find a nice clean room and a comfortable bed after a long day.

Overbooked and I was turned away at check in. Your reservation failed me. But was lucky enough to find a wonderful Holiday Inn Express next door. Great rate and really nice staff.

Everything was great except the heat was not working properly. Guest services did come and worked with it to help it get a little warm, but overall I was well satisfied.

Everything was excellent and amazingly quiet.

The dishwasher was full of water and leaking. Maintenance did look at it right away but was unable to fix it. I said we were only staying one night so it really didn’t matter. He did volunteer another room but we were unpacked so it was fine.

The service and cleanliness(housekeeping) were phenomenal.

Unclean. The hotel is undergoing some rennovation, but my room had not been cleaned for some time. One of the towels was actually wet.

It was definitely a place I'd stay again. Everything such as the mall, other shopping places, and food places were within 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely enjoyed it!

We had a no smoking room, but the sleeper sofa smelled of cigarette smoke. But the breakfast was good

The check-in process, while not terribly lengthy, could have been more efficient. However, my primary concern, which was quite significant, pertained to the state of my bed upon arrival. To my dismay, it was evident that the bed had not been properly made or changed after the previous guest's stay. Pulling back the comforter revealed a wrinkled bed with hair scattered across it. Regrettably, due to the late hour and my exhaustion, I opted not to report this issue, although it did raise concerns about the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. It would have been reassuring if they had readily provided fresh linens. In order to ensure a comfortable night's rest, I chose to strip the bed and utilize spare sheets and blankets that I had thoughtfully brought with me. Additionally, the bathroom arrangement left much to be desired. Sharing a room with someone, we found the bathroom door configuration to be rather unconventional. Instead of a traditional door, it featured a sliding door that did not provide an adequate seal, allowing any scents or sounds to permeate the room easily. This was not conducive to a comfortable and private bathroom experience. Regrettably, these issues have left me with the impression that I will not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. When we got there the room wasn't available because it hadn't been cleaned. The clerk apologized and said she would call me when the room was ready. We got a call at 3:50 p.m. that the room was ready. We had to ask that they change the bedding because the throw and sheets smelled like cologne. Housekeeping was very accommodating when we asked for more towels and changed the sheets and covers. Overall we were pleased. The room was clean and everything was neat. Our 3 day stay was very pleasant.

The property was clean and in good condition. The staff was so nice.

I will say the staff here was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room however could certainly have been cleaner. There was used dental floss on the desk in the room as well as hair in the shower and sink. The soap and shampoo dispensers kept falling apart. Overall for more than $400 for 3 nights there should have been more attention to cleaning.

The night shade would not work so it was bright all night and toilet never stopped running

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly kind. The only negative thing about my entire stay was that the bathroom door is this weird sliding door that is similar to a closet sliding door. Kinda hard to maneuver. Other than that, it's a perfectly fine hotel! I will be back in October.

The front desk staff was amazingly.

Our room had two queen beds which were movable, so we joined them for better safety for our kids. Kitchen tap water was available. Parking was sufficient and access to halal food was nearby. The first room we got had bathroom door stuck issue and bathroom sink clogged. The front desk immediately changed our room. The breakfast was very good and has decent options that you don't have to go anywhere else.

We have stayed at Home2Suites several times with no problems. The room was not cleaned well. Crumbs were on the shelves. Bathroom wall and ceiling looked as if there was a leak and needed repair.

Great staff at the front desk and breakfast area. Breakfast staff very friendly and polite. I did not enjoy maintenance and construction workers working and next to our room.

Most of the staff was rude and unprofessional. And had terrible hospitality and customer service skills They do not clean your room, you have to consistently ask for towels, trash bags, and the staff act as if you are bothering them. Breakfast was microwave foods, but it was a nice gesture! Pool was nice Location was nice

Our first room was not clean with the beds looking made but one was urinated in. We were moved to another room, which we thought was cleaner but we found trash in the can too late to change again. It is unknown what the cleaning procedure is for the property, very concerning
