My family and I were the last ones to be checked in to our room. When we got to the room, the handle on the toilet was broken and the water was running as if it was flushing and the room had a damp smell. The sleeper couch was terrible. You could feel the springs in the couch when you laid on it. My kids were not able to sleep comfortably on it. The extra bedding supplied for the couch was dirty and stained. The fire alarm kept blaring over a period of 2 hours (or more) on and off. Had to step out of the hotel at one point along with other customers to find relief from the loud alarms going off. I was told they were doing maintenance on the alarm but they did not have the decency to inform anyone. I was sleeping during one of the alarm blaring episodes which scared the poop out of me. The internet service was terrible due to the internet being down. Very disappointed with how my stay went.

Good place to stay the night before our cruise.

It took awhile to check in but the staff was great to deal with. The soap and shampoo were both empty. The bedding for the fold out was missing a sheet and pillow case. On the plus side they got us the missing items very quickly.
This is also the first "suite" I've stayed in that was one open room with a fold out couch.
Overall, the staff were really great people who I believe are over run and working short of people. Good people but the hotel is not managed very well.

There were 2 hairs on our bed sheets but I was so tired I just removed them and went to sleep.

I felt the room could be updated. Some of the furniture was scratched/chipped. Room had a slight odor.

From start to finish. This stay was not great. First we get there and the front lobby was packed full of people waiting for rooms. I understand it’s by the cruise port and there is slot of variability there. But there could be clever solutions to minimize the traffic in the lobby for arriving guests. Once we finally got our room. The AC didn’t work, there was trash under the beds and the sheets were nasty. You can tell that the last remodel the did, they spent their entire budget on the lobby and slapped a coat of paint on the walls and maybe installed a new mirror. Everything else was outdated and out of order. For the price we paid. It felt like we were staying at a roach motel.
I don’t ever leave reviews, but it was so nasty I felt it necessary to say something.

We got to the hotel around 1:00 am to find out that our room was canceled. We still aren't sure why. We paid the full price of the room in January, but the hotel said our room was not guaranteed. I'm not sure how that happened since it was paid for. We had to drive around looking for a hotel in the middle of the night with my three children in the car. Fortunately we found a room, but it was 45 minutes away and only had two queen beds for the five of us. Terrible experience. We feel we should be compensated for this extreme inconvenience instead of just a refund.

Check in was scheduled to be 3:00p. We arrived at 4:30p, but could not get in until 5:30p. Having been up since 4:00a, we were dismayed. Hotel detail says there is a restaurant on property - there is NO restaurant - never has been. Restaurant options in walking distance was 1 fast food restaurant.
Staff were apologetic, but offered nothing to offset the inconvenience. Bed was rock hard. Free shuttle from airport, Port transport was at our expense, and 25% higher than our peers. There are so many options in this price range, we will probably try a different vendor next time.

Close proximity to the airport, decent breakfast and selection.room was spacious but one of the beds was dirty, poor water pressure and we found several roaches..staff was friendly but short staffed at night. I had to go and get my own bedding and clean and make it myself due to only one person at the desk only.

The room was better than expected. It took a bit longer to check in due to a computer issue and only one key card worked. Since we didn’t find out until we came in for the night it didn’t matter to get it fixed.

The room was in rough condition. The furniture was worn, dressers were scratched and the chairs had torn areas. The staff response was "Do you want us to remove he chairs from your room?" ! One of the two phones in the "Suite" was disconnected. The bed sheets were worn, placed inside out on the beds, with lots of "fluff balls". We called for sheet changes, and got a bag of sheets outside our door for us to put them on ourselves. The carpets looked very old, although the air quality was ok. The kitchen table had burn marks and the appliances were old and tarnished. The ceramic floors were sticky. We had three bath towels, but only one hand towel, and asking for more hand towels we got a bag of more bath outside the door again!
The check-in was quite bad and took us 20 minutes because apparently they had a new check-in program and no one at the front desk were yet trained on it! There was an incident where someone was trying to enter our locked room without knocking or speaking! We asked to talk to the manager at 5:30, but staff at the front desk said no manager would be available until the next morning at 9AM. Convenient since we had to leave the hotel at 5AM (so we also missed our free breakfast) to catch out flight! The Staff also suggested we can cancel our reservations and try elsewhere! Only one of the door keys worked! The one positive was an fairly ok Salad bar about 6PM. I will be questioning the ratings of hotels a lot more, since it was rated "4/5". Disappointing!

The shower dripped all night. Other than that a good big room

Our door keys didn’t work at first. Had to go back to front desk. Our bedspread was stained but they changed it. No pool towels on a Sunday. Next day, there were some available. Our room was in a quiet area on 5th floor. Cleaning personnel were nice. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Personnel kept area very clean!

Staff were very friendly and check in process was well organizes. Breakfast was good. However, the room quality and condition were poor. The furniture upholstery was torn, the shower had a continuous drip, the TV had a vertical black line down the middle, the fan in the bathroom did not work and the A/C / heat was so noisy I had to turn it off at night. Given the price per night, I expected much higher quality room. I can only hope the owners will spend some money upgrading the quality of the rooms.

Horrible! Do not stay here. The hotel looks nice from the outside and lobby, it ends there. The bedding was old and soft, the room furniture is falling apart, literally! The hallways are unvacuumed and three maid's carts were parked in the hallways outside our room both days we stayed. Breakfast that is included was gross. We have stayed in my economy type of hotels where breakfast is included, but this was the worst I have experienced...scrambled eggs with cheese and tomatoes all mixed together that were grainy and tasteless. The Canadian bacon/ham was mealy, how is that possible. Rear exit door was double cylinder locked, this was a normal exit door not alarmed, but was locked with no push bar to exit. Had there been a fire, there would be no way to exit. That is a fire code violation. Warning I would not stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, I had issues with the key card not working. It's located close to the air and ship ports, and they have a shuttle. Drivers are very nice.

It’s good for one day prior to a cruise. Breakfast was not good. Only eateries nearby were Wendy’s and Dunkin Donuts. Has costly shuttle service to cruise terminal. Uber is better.

We booked this hotel for the free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. We were not able to use either of them. Breakfast closed early (at 9:30 as opposed to the 10am that was told). The shuttle to the airport was suppose to be "on the hour," and hadn't showed up by 20 after, so we called an Uber.
Front desk staff was very kind and helpful for the most part. Our challenges were out of their control. Our shower would not turn on until maintenance came to fix it, leaving screws and a dripping faucet for the remainder of our stay. Our kiddo got sick, and it took two hours to get the appropriate cleaning crew to our room.
Would not pay the price to stay here again! Not worth the cost, and the promise of free transportation is not reliable.

The online property stated it had a lounge/bar and restaurant, and it had neither. The family we were visiting dropped us off in the late afternoon before our next day's earlier morning flight, and we planned our stay at the hotel because it showed those amenities. It was inconvenient for us to get back out to grab food and drinks. Please update the website to reflect this. The pool was also dirty, so we did not get to relax in the pool either. Breakfast was just ok; the eggs were very odd and undercooked.

I am so disappointed. We were not able to check into our room until 3 hours after the check in time. We had been at the beach and we were dirty and tired and we had to wait so long to get into our room! Terrible start to our stay!

The room was spacious and the happy hour was a total surprise and I could have skipped my choice for dinner

Front desk staff not forthcoming about delay in room readiness. Apparently a dryer broke down and staff couldn’t process laundry. Lobby overflowing with disgruntled customers. No attempt to placate them with coffee, cookies or water. No apologies. Next morning lobby/breakfast area was filthy. Situation should have been handled more professionally.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough seating for breakfast. The staff should have asked the guests who were sitting and not eating to kindly move and allow other guests to sit and eat their breakfast. We either had to stand or go back to our room.

We had booked a suite for the family but the AC was broken. They tried to
Make it better by giving us 2 rooms but the Ac didn’t work in one of the rooms and we had to get another room. The grandkids were tired and we had to shuffle suitcases back and forth after a long day. Staff were very nice but it was a difficult evening.
