Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and Margaritaville. Unfortunately one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub, but it was marked closed. Also someone in a nearby room set off the fire alarms at about midnight, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I will never stay here again. There were two major issues. The breakfast is three times the price it should have been and was not good at all for the crazy pricing. It was all just shoved in the microwave right in front of you. There was no parking and a large number of vehicles had no parking permit and were not hotel guests. The desk staff told us we would just have to park elsewhere that the management does not enforce guest only parking and would not tow any vehicles. The hotel was overpriced already. There are cheaper hotels within walking distance.

We have stayed at this location before and loved it. This visit was not the same. Evidently there had been damage to the location a few weeks earlier, and instead of letting us know we arrive to the pictures below. When we arrived the room was clean but the tv had no cords, no rags, and had so much noise in the walls it was hard to sleep. Not what we had experienced in this hotel before.

I wasn’t aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations. That in itself really wasn’t a problem but have all the construction equipment and vehicles in the parking lot made parking difficult. Inside our room was nice and clean although it’s time to replace the mattress.. just a little too lumpy for our taste. Thin walls made for hearing noises all night long. Close to what we needed it to be. It’s not terrible but for the price I expected more.

My trip was awesome. Hotel staff extremely friendly and nice . Only concern was hotel was having construction done on it. They had me on same floor construction was on.

The floors felt soggy and it smelt musty throughout the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable with tiny pillows. We did not get no sleep from the banging and constant sounds coming from the room above us . We will not be staying here again!

Hotel is under major renovation and it should be disclosed Air conditioning did not work properly, hallways were 80 degrees & construction/renovation equipment lining the hallways Half the elevators didn’t work, the other ones were lined in cardboard and painter’s tape

Everything was great as it pertains to the hotel. The Boardwalk shopping area is very lackluster with very few shops still occupying the spaces, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Also the casino scene was TRASH, but again that has nothing to do with the hotel. Lastly, if I were to come back to Bossier (highly unlikely) I would 1000% stay here again.

Staff was very good. Watched as they made sure the Christmas decorations were spaced evenly. Thought that was really amazing, so much attention to details. And it all looked beautiful! Every staff member, including housekeeping, never missed an opportunity to greet us ask how we were doing. I’ll be back!!!!

The Security guy was very rude and unprofessional. It seems to me he was very prejudice. He stated that we was to loud and when he came to the room he was very unprofessional and he banged on the door like he was the police then he stated that if you wanted to party then you should have went to the bar. And we apologize if we was loud and was trying to talk to him and he was getting smart and as my cousin was walking away she almost tripped and he said oh that’s karma. He was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL will not be returning here ever again.

The bathroom sink had water that pooled in it and it was gross. The walls and doors were paper thin and i could hear the workers outside my door before around 7 am talkng about who didnt show up for work. Overall it was overpriced

If you are planning a trip to the boardwalk, there really is no better place to stay. when booking, i first thought, wow, this is a little bit more than i would like to pay. i was worried a bit more when we turned off the street and had to navigate what seemed to be alley to get to the front of the propery. however, i soon realized that this was all becuase of the location, literally right on the boardwalk. there was some wear and tear to the outside of the building but the inside and the rooms were amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpful. since we were staying there we got special parking, again, literally, right on the boardwalk. with all the places to eat, shops and even movie theater on the boardwalk, we never even had to move the car. i could not recommend this location more, even if it may seem to cost a bit more... it was totally worth the extra few bucks.
