Housekeeping is bad. We checked in late at nite and found out hotel twin room is with 2 single beds...despite we informed hotel i will be traveling with my teenager son n husband, they have no solutions to it even if i pay to upgrade as hotel is full...And all the twin rooms r with same bed type!!! So it is not a family oriented hotel. To put extra bed, is also challenging since room r small.
Despite the hotel knew we r family of 3...everyday the housekeeping provide only 2 set of towels and 2 bottles of water...we hv to make request every nite for extra.After we joined the 2 single bed together...to our horror, underneath full of hairs n dust.. plus the ceiling light loose hanging at the door way...nothing like a 5 star hotel standard. Positive is location is convenient, link to BTS n MRT. If u take taxi, traffic is nightmare...jammed by hrs.
Food in hotel is good n delicious, in-room mini bar n snack r complementary everyday...but interestingly housekeeping didnt replenish on our last nite.

We loved our stay. All staff are wonderful and ensure we felt welcome and looked after. Such a fabulous hotel in the best location possible we could walk everywhere, shopping centre attached for convenience and access to train from internal escalater. Food outstanding.

Hotel room needs renovation room is three star looking not as five. Staffs r not friendly, tiny room and dirty. Bath water cannot make adjustment cold then hot when showing the room has thin cheap blind cover not curtain makes too bright during night and early morning hard to sleep
I’m sure not consideration to stay at this hotel again below three star

The hotel is nicely located by the shopping centre and BTS Skytrain. The staff is really nice and eager to help. The room we, we were staying, had a nice view. The breakfast was ok, but i would preferred more continental options.

Good location 2minutes to BTS, MRT, shopping center just on the back door. Massage shop has back door to hotel. Staff very helpful.

It's at the best location with BTS and MRT station.... From station, it's only two minutes.... Room is clean, big and with good view to Bangkok City..... One is requested to improve the breakfast buffet... Add more food to be selected...

This was almost 10 times we stayed here at Grand Centre point hotel. The services from every parts of hotel were exceptional. The staff were well trained, helpful, polite and friendly. The check in and check out were smooth and they treated us like VIP. The room was good as always. I loved the room that comes with washing machine. We can do all washing before we go home. The pool and facilities was good but they should not change for a bottle of water. This should be free for the guest the same as before. Anyway, it’s not a big deal. We still love to stay here. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Bangkok next time.

It was beautiful and clean . Staff were always right there helping with anything …never waiting on an answer or service that was needed . Close to public transportation and next to mall so had many food options. Pool was nice at hotel as well.
