Smells like smoke, filthy, bathroom looks like a horror show, management wouldn't refund my stay so I could relocate. There are multiple units housing sketchy peeps which who cares normally except the yelling girls at all hours and then loud add kids!!

This hotel is not great. It is not the cleanest and there appears to be a few permanent residents staying that seem a little iffy. The staff is great however. Paid 99 a night and 179 for a Friday night. Way overpriced especially the weekend price

Lovely operators but our room was so heavily perfumed and repugnant I had to re-wash my clean clothes when I got back home because the smell had gotten into them. Yes, I chose to not shower because I actually felt kind a grossed out at the facilities. Good thing it was only for 1 night so actually slept fully clothed with my shoes still on. My buddies room smelled like a chainsmoker just checked out 5 minutes before he arrived. Fortunately, I was with buddies so we were able to handle it but no way any of our wive's and kids would've stayed. A great place to stay if you're super broke. I get it. But, I'm not so it was just a bad decision made by our groups organizer. We tried contacting other hotels in the area but they were SOLD OUT due to the concert we were there for. That said, the room was only $100 so you get what you pay for. A place to park it for the night. Literally.

Absolutely disgusting room lol. I guess you get what you pay for. Bed looked disgusting and had weird burns and stains on the mattress (we checked because we were very worried about bed bugs when we saw the condition of the room).

I would not recommend this place. The floors are not clean, the building is in disrepair and there was no hot water by 8am. The room was not done up, and I had to walk down myself for coffee for the morning. I told the night clerk that the room was not done and he said he had only just come on shift so he didn’t know anything about it, and that I should come downstairs at 9am to let the day staff know. So no responsibility either.

They dont get a room cleaned everyday if it’s reserved for several days and doesn’t even feel the need to change towels and stuff in the reserved rooms.

Bad experience. Dirty hallways. Room was dirty. It was freezing cold in the room as they had not turned the heat on. Check-in is at three but the room wasn’t ready until after four because the laundry had not been done due to a blown water pipe on the washing machine. It was freezing cold in the room. When I asked for another blanket, the staff member was apprehensive to give me a blanket and instead was giving me a mattress pad. I insisted on the blanket and I did get it. It was a good thing I had a room with two queen beds and I was by myself as I was able to take the bedding from the other bed to keep warm. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Best Western just down the street.

Do NOT stay here. Dirty, grimy, leaky faucets. There were men knocking on doors and "ladies" letting different men into their rooms, every couple hours. Noise at night from customers. Low grade motel. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere.

There was garbage under the bed and the room reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Black mold in the bathroom and the floors were sticky. The front desk staff are very nice.

This room was listed as a premium room. When we arrived The bathroom mirror had drips of something going down the bottom third The room curtain was seriously mishung The furniture was scarred The bathtub surround was scarred with burns as well as having pulled away from the wall at the top There was no plug for the drain in the tub It was late so we made the best of what is probably the worst room I've stayed in in Canada

Highly unclean. Dirty floors, mouldy bath, greasy microwave with previous visitor finger prints, broken toilet seat and dirty fabrics. Black mold on the ceilings. Took a Lysol wipe to the sink counter and it came up brown. Yuck. Walls showed grime. Horrible.

Front desk is not even better than nobody there. The first smell of a non smoking /family room is a smell of marijuana. Mold, dirt, stain is almost everywhere. Alcohol store is beside the property. Please lay off your front desk and consider a non customer service business.

The staff were very accommodating but the room was less than wonderful. It had obviously been recently renovated, or was still in the process of upgrading. What had been done was very nice to look at but very poor workmanship, not that that affected our stay. But the room was missing key components like closets of any kind or anywhere to even hand your jackets, even a hook, and no luggage rack or anywhere to put your luggage except on the floor which wasn't very clean after the renos. 2 chairs in a very narrow room about 3 feet in front of the TV and lots of room in the room where the bed was which would have been nice to have at least a table or chair. Only one end table and lamp on one side of the bed. The shower was nice and new and modern but the sliding door didn't close well at the bottom.. There weren't very many supplies (towels etc and coffee at first but they were very good about giving them when asked.) . All total I guess you get what you pay for..

Place in dire need of repairs. Price too high for condition it is in. Bath was chipped with dirt stain around it. Furniture had was chipped. Lamp cover stained.

Room seemed clean but a bit shabby. Asked for an extra blanket and the only one available was stained. Walls are thin, so conversations next door were audible. Overall, was ok for a quick overnight stay.

Even a ‘pet-friendly’ room should not smell like cat pee. The bathroom was small, shower curtain rod rusted, paint peeling, skimpy on soap. The beds were comfortable, the room, other than bathroom was spacious. It was a convenient location for us and lots of parking. Price was high considering the quality. Won’t choose this place again but if convenience trumps quality for you, it won’t be the worst place you’ve ever stayed at.
